We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Germanydirty bathroom, which you want to spend as little time as possible in it because of the tremendous amount of mosquitos. Bed was loud & wobbly, because some bars were loose. Unfortunately they don’t provide a mosquito net. Three out of four light bulbs in the room weren’t working, the floor was dirty. Honestly the whole hud was in a pretty bad shape. I might have gotten the lousy hud, I think/hope the other bungalows are nicer. Please be careful when renting a bike there…breaks weren’t working at all. Even though the staff was friendly and apologized & gave me another bike (it’s breaks were broken as well). There are much more safer bikes to rent at other places on the island.
staff is friendly, location is right at the beach, free water refill, breakfast is ok, fresh bed linen, low price for accommodating. A Bar with Restaurant is integrated in the complex.

United StatesAlthough the food was excellent, the restaurant area was never cleaned very well in over 3 weeks I observed beyond light sweeping. Understandably with the Covid shutdown areas of deferred maintenance, but still a good value.

NetherlandsThe staff said we got a very cheap price for the room. I think we even paid to much for the room. It was run down. Boards that were rotten and that you almost fell through. Old muskito net and sheets, dirty bathroom (cockroaches) and cold showers. We even found excrement on the bed (still don’t know from which animal). I hope they will renovate the last two huts, because it’s not suitable for renting.
The location is very good, with a nice vibe. Covid hit hard on the island, but around this place are some spots still open. The staff is very nice and will help you with anything you ask.

If you are able to change your mind from luxury things for the other kind of life, it is absolutely recommended for all ages. Stafs helped to organize fantastic excursion to Lombok. Look for Agung there anycase!!!:-). Wiew, beachfront flawless. The entire island is walkable by foot or by bicycle. Our entire staying here is unforgettable...thank you guys. IndonesiaNo hot shower water in the whole week of stay. We got a chance to change to a smaller room with the same money paid in order to have the hot shower water. However, we found hundreds of big ants on the floor. They came out from a hole on the wooden wall, very scary. So we had to move back to the original room during the midnight. We used the bathroom in the room with ants for shower for the rest of stay. Staff er not very helpful since nobody in the property took in charge. There are serious management problems in this property. It was the worst hotel during our whole 2-months trip in Indonesia.

GermanyUnfortunately the beds were quite uncomfortable. For a couple of days they were ok, but for a longer stay not recommended.
The staff was really nice and friendly. It was a very relaxing place to stay at. It was private as not too many people where around which we enjoyed. The view of the ocean from the hotel was beautiful and a great spot to watch the sunrise over Lombok from and also a great spot to go snorkeling.

Really good value for money. The hosts were very kind, helpful and infomative. They made our stay like being at home. The bungaliws was cozy and quiet with airconditional. The location is very good to see a spectacular sune rise and sea turtles at the neighboring beach. The food and cocktails were quite delicious. One of the best choice in Infonesia.
