Music levels were a bit loud as were some guests however staff were very quick to cater to requests!

Solia’s always my go to comfortable, friendly and centrally located stay in Bali. I’ve stayed many times and highly recommend the hotel to all travellers.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, rooms spacious and clean, excellent location within easy walking distance to restaurants, beaches and nightclubs. Would highly recommend if you are looking for affordable accommodation.

Air conditioner for most of the stay was great, but I feel at times it was not as cool as it should have been. Was set on 16, definitely wasn’t 16 (not that I wanted it to be that cold) at times it was warm at night strange

The staff would set the pool area up as early as 5am which could be noisy. I would recommend using ear plugs if you don't want to be woken up. The bathroom was a little dated but clean.

I liked the location, it was close to everything we needed and a 5 minute bike ride to the beach and the Seminyak area. Lots of shops and nice restaurants close by. Our room was on the ground floor near the pool so easy access to the bar area also. The buffet breakfast was ok but you need to get in early so as not to miss out. They did replenish the food but only certain dishes. Our rooms were serviced daily, and we were given 2 small bottles of water each day. We had a nice comfortable king size bed. The staff were very warm and welcoming.

The buffet breakfast was not very good, half of the hot containers were empty for half an hour and we were there an hour after service started so not at the end of service time

The Hotel is centrally located near shops and restaurants. The pool area is rather small. Our room was cleaned daily and met our expectations. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The beach is a good ten minute walk from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent and offered a lot of variety. Staff were very friendly and obliging.

Breakfast was impressive.Plenty of choices and always plentiful. Pool was clean and inviting but could have had more lounges and umbrellas. Our room was serviced daily and was close to the pool . Always done to our expectations

Bed was a bit to hard for my liking. Laundry service is not cheap, clothes took 5 days to get washed. Clothes had some weird stains after washing.

Service was amazing, rooms are cleaned every morning. Close to the beach and next to a supermarket. Staff is amazing as well.

Very noisy motor bikes late at night with poor soundproofing. Many of the staff in one area didn't know what was happening in another. No clear entertainment programme.

Breakfast- Toaster was to small for the amount of people that were trying to use it. It was not a commerical toaster just a 4 bread toaster with only 3 sides working. Eggs already cooked were cold in the hotbox.

Room was close to the pool which was great. At night there was a lot of noise around the pool even thou the pool was closed. People were still going in for a swim after hours.

Didnt realised the room was not including breakfast. But its ok since there’re plenty food stall nearby.

The location is superb. Close to pharmacy, rental bike, souvenier shops, Restoran masakan padang. Not too far to go to Kuta beach. Less than 20km to reach Tanah Lot area. Close to Airport too
