This hotel is great, all the facilities are really clean, room is lovely, swimming pool spotless. Staff were amazing, Adi on the reception was so kind and helpful and the guy on security through the night was also really lovely. They couldn’t help enough and just really nice people. Hotel is nice and quiet and loads of food/bars just outside on the main road.

The staff were incredibly helpful - we had to book at 11pm at night, they confirmed with us and advised us how to get there very quickly. The night time security guard was lovely and made us extremely welcome on arrival, ensuring we had the tour and were settled in.

I think it would be great to offer toiletries like shampoo and shower. I was told there would be breakfast but did not have it. Otherwards, cleanliness was good as they will tidy the room everyday or even ask if you would like it to be clean.

The location was very convenient to everywhere. There are many hidden cafes that are 5 mins walk away. You will never get hungry too due to the convenience of the location. The service here is not bad, they were very polite. One even offered me a ride to get toiletries despite it being 2 mins walk away. Its a really good location for solo travellers as no one will disturb you.

No hairdryer and no shower gel or soap at all. This honestly removed a bit of point from our judgement, because it’s such a lovely and furnished place and they fall for this little details. It’s the first hotel that we’ve been in a month that doesn’t provide any soap at all. And also, being a beach place especially, how can they don’t have any hairdryer. Location is a bit far from the beach, or you walk 20 minutes or you take a motorbike.

This villa is perfect for staying in Canggu It is a short taxi/ bike or walk to various beaches, beach clubs and attractions such as markets The pool was fab and we really enjoyed it Staff were attentive and friendly Transport was organised for us from the airport and our driver Brough is to various areas in Bali - always friendly and helpful Wifi for each individual room was strong Aircon was brilliant - did have a disinfecting smell but wasn’t a problem

My only comment is the pillows, they were a bit fat and lumpy and for me personally i found they hurt my neck a little.

A very comfortable stay in the heart of Canggu. Very friendly and attentive staff. It was nice and quiet, no loud drunken people on site which was lovely. Its a nice place to stay if you are balancing work and holidays. Excellent wifi.

I have very sensitive airways, so the moisture that came from the bathroom coupled with the strength of the air conditioner really bothered me. I had a blocked nose and was coughing for the entire duration of the stay. Not much could be done about this because the rooms are VERY hot with no windows to ventilate.

The host and staff were all very kind and very attentive and willing to help. Definitely all warm people.

There is a rooster crowing very early every morning, quite annoying but that's something no one can change. And I've had that issue at every place in Bali so far... Just bring earplugs and you'll be fine.

My stay at SRV was just amazing! Adi is the best host you could wish for - he answers every question/wish very quickly and is just such a genuinely nice person. The location is great, many restaurants in the area and the beach is very close. I wanted to extend my stay and was super sad to hear that it was fully booked. I've slept at many hotels/guesthouses and this is definitely the one that made me feel most like home. Also you don't really get a room as big for that price class. I am so excited that I can come back in a month - it'll be like returning home. If you're unsure about booking your stay here, this is my recommendation to go for it!

There is only one thing which can be better. After taking a shower the bathroom is flooded with water. It doesn't flow smootly. This can be solved by providing a good swiper in every room.

We stayed for almost 1 month at Semat Raya Village. During the weekdays we worked from there. In weekends we made trips. After coming back it felt like coming home. The athmosphere was very relaxed. There was a nice pool, a shared kitchen, a rooftop to work and relax. The rooms are quite big and has comfortable beds.

though they cleaned the room in every 3 days, i would have appreciated if they had changed the bedsheets and given me fresh towels too (i got fresh towels only once during my stay after explicitly asking for them)

Would be nice to have a couch or something in the room. I think some rooms had that as we have seen it on the pictures. We did have a desk tho!

The host and employees were always very friendly and smiling! They replied quickly when we needed help with something and we could arranged the scooter through them. We stayed there for 40 nights! We used the kitchen to make breakfast. But they could use some new pans ;)

Communal kitchen could be cleaner. People leave their food out and it smells due to humidity.

Prime location in Canggu just off a busy main road but quite enough to get a good nights sleep. King room is huge and great for couples or long term stays. The place feels like a community, everyone staying here is so nice and there is a communal kitchen to use with a private fridge in your room. Best place in Canggu and Adi and all staff members are so nice!! If you don’t like cooking you can go eat at Eat Street on the corner for cheap! Can’t wait to come back soon!

I really have to say everyone there was so welcoming and helped me so much because it was my first time on my own outside from Europe with 19 years. Adi helped me with so many questions and I always will come back if it‘s not booked out but I‘m very happy for Adi. The accommodation was really clean and comfortable and with a scooter or grab you can reach everything.

It was quiet as it’s down off the noisy main road. Big rooms nice balcony out look. Pool is awesome. The shower is hot and the WiFi is great. Adi, Putu and the staff made every effort to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Will definitely stay again.

Other guests were playing music loudly which ruined the relaxing vibe so early in the morning. Even though the hotel has a quiet time, the guest didn't seem to get talked to about this.
