I heard something really noise from the room next to me. Sounds like they were built something I'm not sure what it was. After all was good.

The location it's really close to airport, the WiFi, close to the beach and easy to find everything around. The breakfast was really nice, the staff were amazing nice and friendly so welcoming. I really enjoyed and recommend it. I'll back soon and stay in the same hotel 😊

No cups or plates or cutlery in the kitchen The fridge is to small Room said 1 double 2 single 1 sofa bed making 4 beds room to small for sofa and only had 3 beds The staff put another single bed in the room so our 3 kids had a place to sleep

I missed breakfast by twenty minutes but they weren't flexible [it finishes at 10am despite being an airport hotel - I arrived at 3am]. The TV reception wasn't great and not many English channels. I stayed at a Quest in Cebu in the Philippines and it felt like a good four star hotel, but this place looks a bit run down and in need of refurbishment so I was a little disappointed, especially as the price was the same.

The hotel is so close to the airport you can walk it in 15 minutes, or take a $7 taxi ride that takes five minutes. The staff were very polite and the bed extremely comfortable. The were glass bottles of water in the room so more than just cheap plastic bottles. There was tea and coffee. There was a comfortable arm chair in the room and the shower was large and had good pressure and hot water.

Room much older / tired than appears in photos. Very strong odour from toilet, not too bad if you kept the lid closed and door shut. Pricey for what you get.

Pool was ok, staff were nice. Ok for a quick 1 night stopover.

The room is spacious, clean and near the DPS airport. It’s suitable for transit and you can also have culinary tour around Kuta because it’s nearby

We had lunch in the restaurant, we came down from room, didn't bring wallet. They insisted on paying immediately, we wanted to add the bill to the room, but they quite pushy, eventually they send someone to our room to collect the cash. I guess the restaurant is different business from hotel? There were not many food options close by, but it's ok, for short stay can use go food to order.

The stuff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and room size also ok.

The facility is pretty old, does not look like what they have in the pictures. It was not clean either.

Nice layout. I can see in prime tourist activity and fully functional bar (with drinks other than one type of beer) it can and should be a great place and atmosphere. Prices are good alround.

Obviously the aftermath of COVID restrictions have affected their bottom line profit which affects maintenance. Decking around the pool needs health and safety checks and repairs.

worth spending bit extra money for the better rooms. you don't want to be on the ground floor!! not a very pleasant smell in rooms. we got moved to another level and it was fine!

Rooms were smelly, particularly the bathroom... Toilet hose was leaking.... But for $30 a night, that's what you expect... We only stayed one night as we arrived late into the airport.

Whole place a bit worn, eg floorboards round pool. NOT dangerous!.Understandable after2 years of pandemic!

Long Pool good for swimming lengths if only 2-3 other people in it Hot water in poolside shower! Comfortable room with balcony. Kettle etc- Good! Near different restaurants 9n same street. No traffic noise etc on back of hotel. Cheap tasty dishes in restaurant. Menu bit limited.. Good value for money!

This hotel is often booked by groups and they are very very noisy. they yell at each other in the corridor the whole night during our stay. I found 2 mosquitos in my room, I k1ll one but the other escaped :(

the breakfast is tasty, they provide pick-up from/to the airport which helps a lot. the staff was helpful, it was a great experience with the staff and breakfast.

the floor outside room.. had some smell, and some stain on the floor. for bathroom, the floor is slippery. the breakfast some food not hot.

Near to airport, easy to find so, nearby have many local shop, good pool, the room is good.
