Walls are thin. If you are unfortunate like us and get a bad neighbour that is noisey. However the staff will try to ask them to keep it down. We just had a really bad neighbour

The entrance to the villa is quite difficult since it is located along a small road where cars need to take turn to move.

Impressive and very aesthetic. Cant believe there is such calming villa in the middle of busy city. Worth the price!

There is nothing I didn’t like for the price it is excellent value. It is cash only so be prepared.

Stayed for 3 weeks in room 1 ground floor. The room is spacious, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The staff are lovely so friendly and helpful. I was mostly alone but I felt very safe and comfortable here. Most of the time I was on my own by the pool and enjoyed a light lunch by the pool from Harlow their lovely restaurant.

The aircon was a bit noisy and the soundproofing for the rooms could definitely be better. Wasn't a problem during my stay as no one was coming back late at night, but I can imagine it can be. There weren't too many sun loungers around the pool, and it was a bit small, but still perfectly fine!

Really good location - just a minute or so walk away from a big mall with great sunsets and evening entertainment every night. Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were lovely :) Rooms decorated really nicely, and a good-size balcony overlooking the pool.

Really great find - we needed somewhere close to the airport as we had an early morning flight the following day - we took the two bedroom apartment with private pool and it was perfect for our family. Lovely space, clean, kitchen and living room (that we didn't really need!) Ate in the restaurant for lunch on arrival and it was really a great spot to be at the end of our holiday before heading home. Quiet refuge off busy main street. Very close to the beach.

It could do with a good clean, it wasn’t bad really just the bathroom tiles & walls but that’s just wear & tear. The kitchen was kind of outside, the roof was partially open so I didn’t really like it at night but was nothing to worry about, it was very safe

I stayed in a double room with kitchenette. It was very spacious with direct access to the swimming pool. Location was fantastic, right beside the beach & shopping centre.

Hidden oasis down an alleyway off the main road. Great location, very quiet, staff were exceptional and the facilities were great. You were close enough to the shops, warungs, shopping and Waterbom Park. The restaurant at the Puspa had a varied menu and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay again and again.

Parking was not available on-site as mentioned They initially asked me to park my car in the mall And after discussing more they agreed to let me park 2 streets down in a garage - a bit of a walk from the property approx 100m

I loved everything!

I can’t recommend this little gem of a hotel enough! I booked Puspa Ayu for my last 2 days in Bali having spent most of my time in Canggu, I wanted to be closer to the airport and also because my travelling companion was moving on to Ubud. I’ve never stayed in Kuta before and I can say it ended up being the highlight of my trip due to the amazing experience I had staying there ! The moment I walked in from the bustling street I was greeted warmly by the lovely Lucy, who passionately runs the hotel, and the always smiling Anna. I felt instantly at ease in the serene welcoming atmosphere, gorgeous whitewashed walls and giant cactus plants, it felt like a little oasis. I loved the relaxing vibe of the place and it was immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean. The apartment I stayed in included a kitchenette, which was a huge bonus ! The food from the restaurant onsite was delicious and incredibly well priced. Staff there were always friendly and overall I felt secure and at home. I so look forward to coming back again ! It will be my go to stay while staying in Kuta
