We expected more from breakfast. Little choice.

Great location near the beach. Very friendly staff. Nice (small) swimming pool. We had the motorbike delivered to the hotel for a great price. Our first room was smelling really bad in the bathroom but they were very flexibele and immediately changed rooms for us. Housekeeping is also great, every day clean towels.

I would have preferred a fan instead of AC, that I can't stand. Otherwise all perfect.

Quite central in Legian/Seminyak, but still very calm. A swimming pool at your feet. Good breakfasts.

Breakfast wasn’t in our deal. Although we did pay once for breakfast but thought it was average. The massage lady Pluto was brilliant and that was so convenient. Staff where exceptional. We did pay for delux larger room ground floor 2singles but room with 2single beds was a bit crowed for 2 singles. The location was great small hotel great close to pool great no kids brilliant. I would book again in future

internet was poor aircon above bed blowing onto your face and needed key for operation hot water ran out quickly

pearl was beautifully located, we enjoyed the gorgeous pool and the room was very nice, bathroom lovely.

Excellent location. Close to shops and beach. Still nice and quiet inside grounds of hotel. Older hotel but has been renovated nicely. Definitely could have spent more nights there. Would be happy to stay there again. Included breakfast was simple but tasty :)

The fridge location and the fact you couldn't keep room mozzy free. The fridge is ro small and need to be taken out of the wardrobe. .

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Massage on-site for hotel guests was stunning and the swimming pool and setup of the rooms were great.

Parking issues. One night I was allowed to park my car outside the hotel but the other night I was asked to leave the car elsewhere without any reasoning.

Nicely located and quiet hotel close to beach and Legian street. Though it was fully booked we felt very private and chill. Great place for a stopover. And big pool also was great.

We were a little disappointed with the breakfast which was very basic. We had to choose what we wanted the night before, including if you wanted either tea or coffee although this is not always what you fancy the next morning.

For the price we paid we were very impressed with this hotel! All of the facilities were extremely clean including our room which had absolutely no bugs and the pool was immaculate. Great location in Legian although it is still a bit far from Seminyak

Quite and peaceful but still in the middle of a buzzy location. Private feeling, but other guests there if you wish to interact. Great room with balcony, pretty gardens. Breakfast was good.

Down a lane lights in lane turned off at 11 pm. Stairs were steep and rubber on stairs ripped and torn very unsafe. Beds were like sleeping on a rock.
