The property is just near the Port. We took a suite and it has a private swimming pool. The staff is great too

The food is very mediocre and the drinks are not made well. Also when we are dining the servers kept leaving for long periods of time so it took awhile to order, since it’s one of the more expensive places to stay and the menu items are pricer we expected more with the food/drinks.

The property is absolutely stunning. The grounds are so well maintained and the room and bathroom are so clean. The staff takes great care of everything and are helpful. We rented bikes and it was a great experience

We had an amazing stay the hotel is very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic only 7 min walk from the ferry dock which is great if you don’t want to get on the horses as there is no cars on the island. The breakfast was very nice and great value for money. Would highly recommend to friends and family to stay here

Exceptional staff and service, an incredible location and magnificent breakfast with a view. Could not recommend this place any more, every member of staff was so welcoming and helpful, particularly the young boy on the beach. We had the most wonderful stay here and cant wait to come back!

Pearl of Trawangan was comfortable and close to the "Main Strip" I don't endulge in alcohol, but that didn't stop enjoying the evening of people watching. My room was across from the pool and less than a city block to the beach (with umbrellas, comfy chairs and hotel restaurant service). Mineral water was always stocked and breakfast options were delicious.

Breakfast is a disaster. Staff are not organised and breakfast needs to be improved. Next time would opt out of breakfast.

Stayed in a lovely spacious 2 bedroom villa with a private pool. It was fantastic. Great main pool with swim up bar. Lovely gardens. Friendly staff Good location, onthe edge of town away from the noise.

We stayed in garden villas and unfortunately you could hear everything in the other rooms. Some kind of open air bathrooms which made the room extremely hot, you could not spend more than 5 minutes in the bathroom

While the staff wasn’t impolite or unhelpful but they were a shade below the usual cheerful Indonesian hospitality we got across Lombok

Beautiful property just the right distance from the hustle bustle of the market. Great beach access. Although vegetarian food options were limited, the quality was good.
