Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff we had a great stay!

The pool was too cold to really enjoy.

Hotel was lovely, modern and clean and in the area had some nice bars, restaurants and mini marts close by, short walk to Legian main area and close to beach. Breakfast Dailey was also good and all staff were very friendly.

This has nothing to do with the hotel, but we don't think Legian is the right place for us. It's too noisy, we hated all the karaoke bars with drunk tourists, and we thought these were mainly in Kuta but seems like it extends to that whole area. So lesson learnt for us ! However if you rent a scooter like us, you can get to the more quiet areas were locals go, like Dewi Sri. So the location is great. The music in the corridor was a little too loud, but as soon as we asked to tune it down the staff were amazing about it and lowered it without any fuss. Other than that, there really isn't anything we can fault with this hotel, everything was great.

We had a very nice stay here. The staff were always so lovely, smiling and helpful. When we asked for something, they always bent over backwards to make it happen. The room was very comfy, super clean. The location close to the beach is great, and we loved the pool. It wasn't too crowded either. The breakfast is pretty amazing, you get to pick from a wide choice of mostly western options, eggs Benedict were so good. Hotel helped us hire a scooter too at a good price, which was very nice. The staff were truly so sweet.

We arrived about 8 pm in Bali, and reach the hotel about 9.30 pm. I remember I prefer two single bed room while I was booking online, but the staff told me the two single bed room has been provided to others. I will suggest you need to check in early if you do need specific type of room. In addition, the bar(s) from beach side will have good party and music everyday until 11.00 to 11.30 pm. You should expect that before your booking. I got my earplug with me this time (all good), but I will join them next time.

Ossotel Legian Hotel has the good location next to Legian beach. You can walk to the beach in 3 mins. The swimming pool in Ossotel Legian is also nice and well cleaned everyday. Great and friendly staff here!

We loved it all it was just a bit uncomfortable coming out to your pool access balcony and people on sun lounges looking straight in, this obviously couldn’t be helped but it was a bit odd.

Our double bed consisted of 2 singles pushed together & both sheets were along the bed, so easily tangled. OK for me, but wife fussy. Shower water pressure was low.

Proximity to beach, room size, staff, meals & swimming pool were great! The Hotel location is excellent in regard to all visitor requirements & central to the main beach and shopping facilities. Very quiet & peaceful all day.
