But it was not cheap because of idul fitri holiday season. And pool was under construction. If I knew this before reservation I would not reserve this hotel. This kind of information should be informed before reservation. I was so disappointed. During breakfast many plate was empty but it takes too long to refill. I understand it's one of high season during idul fitri but they should be managed. Because of the season I saw many kids running and scream around hotel, even when it was dark. It was hard to fall a sleep.

Room was spacious. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Location was wonderful because I wanted to see the old town (Kota Lama). It only takes 7min by walk. Enough parking spaces.

The staff was very slow to respond to anything, and they didn't get it at the first time. There was a drop of milk on the restaurant floor and I asked them to mop it. Ten minutes passed but nobody came. Ten minutes later someone came with a broom, not a mop. This happened repeatedly. Anyhow, the staff was friendly. Oh, and the swimming pool was still under construction, without any notice when we booked. Had we known this, we'd have chosen another hotel.

Need some deep cleaning in the bathroom, an improvement on the shower head, sink and tap would complementing the guests' convenient and comfort.

Location is the best. Staffs are so friendly and attentive. Breakfast and dinner are awesome. Thumbs up!

The hotel asked for payment without clear confirmation from BOOKING.COM. It was only discovered the next day that the payment was repeated. Refunds took another two weeks.

The room has been renovated but it still feels old especially the bathroom, very small, dirty floor used to move the closet. Broken trash can and rusty toilet tissue. Does not meet the standard executive suite.

Location very good, all Staffs are nice and helpful, Wide guest room and nice welcome drink.

the elevator/lift is too small and there is only one lift/elevator that causing the queue and make us have to wait for the long time.

only 1 lift and small (for max 6 people only) to service the whole floor, queued for long time at breakfast time and check out. Small swimming pool, only can serve 2-3 people at the same time, out of my expectation

- There is a shoes marks of dirt on th floor - there is a sleeper left under the bed. - The shower shampoo is a no no, makes my hair sticky

I had a very wonderful stay. The room is big, and stunningly clean. The location is very strategic, near Kota Lama. Just by a walking distance. All the staff are truly friendly. Definitely will stay here again when I visit Semarang, Thank you

Althought I had mentioned about the amount of person staying at the hotel, we had to wait for a long time before getting towels into the room allowing to take a shower*? No idea what was the reason. After repeating several times that the shower was not working, only the evening before the departure we could have a "shower". By the way, the swimming pool was not accessible due to renovation. I did not see this while I was booking the rooms.

Pool was closed and no notice was given until after booking was confirmed and we arrived. The noise insulation between rooms and with street was poor so early Sunday morning we were woken by street outside.

Location near old town was convenient. Breakfast had a good selection.

We Book 2 rooms. My Kids have nice Room, But my room which is On the back of the hotel was smelly, not comfortable At all. Plus they have wardrobe that is lock inside the room.

1.Location is near a big mosque. It can be a Plus or a minus. But the sound of loudspeaker of the mosque disrupt our sleep. 2. Swimming pool is too small, apparently without filtration system. 3. Breakfast quality is better than nothing, in a cramped room to support the hotel capacity. We never got proper seats. 4. Only one Coffee satchel is provided. When I requested, the room boy came with an additional single satchel. We are two people in the room. Also, the big glass bottle is charge able. There is a tag, showing the price disguised in a tag similar to the complimentary small bottle. These only show the management quality that try to save small costs on the important aspects of services normally present in a 4 star hotel. Only the lobby represent the 4 star quality. The room, although refurbished, fail to show that it is a newly renovated hotel.

Location is superb. However, looking at the negatives, the room price we have paid is outrageously overpriced.
