Some of the facilities are looking a little bit tired. The gym mats, floating pool cushions and hotel blinds could do with replacing. This however did not affect the enjoyment of our stay.

We loved the buffet breakfast (there were so many options and great coffee + the wood fire oven), the option of three different swimming pools (all very clean), the free shuttle into Seminyak Square and to the beach. Location was amazing. The view from our hotel room looking out to the ocean was beautiful. The garden and grounds were really lovely. The staff were very friendly and we loved using the onsite gym.

It would’ve been nice to have a chair inside the room, especially for feeding my baby during the evening. But really no complaints at all!!

Staff were fantastic and so welcoming. The kids club is great, especially for babies/toddlers. My daughter actually crawled for the first time at the montigo kids club during our visit! Breakfast was buffet style and very yummy! Happy hour drinks were delicious and strong. The garden pool is a nice little oasis. Would definitely recommend!

That we didn't just originally make the booking here, No complaints

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such warmth from the staff. After leaving another Villa after 3 nights we moved to Montigo quite late at night. The team were prompt and showed genuine empathy with how distraught we were. The bed was comfy, the room was cool, breakfast was included. Got a couples massage at the wellness spa twice! Great location, very central. They had the BEST milkshakes!!! Would recommend and stay here again.

Check in time is 3pm but we weren’t able to get to our room until after 4pm. No late check out available unless you pay, which doesn’t make sense if we had to check in late due to room not being ready. Room service happens late in the day too, sometimes room wouldn’t be done until after 4pm. Towels weren’t changed during a 5 day stay, had to call to get more face towels. Service was slow, had to call a few times to get the towels or update on room service food.

The hotel is conveniently located, staff are nice, breakfast is good and amenities are great.

The gym. The aircond is not working properly. Equipment needs some upgrades. Dumbbell max weight is 10kgs only.

The kid’s playground. It is huge. A lot of toys and stuff. There are 2 movie rooms in the playground as well.

we moved to better rooms as the villa was abit tired and we were happy with our new rooms on the 6th floor,they were nice and fresh and bright.They had a lovely view.the best part of the hotel was the spa,the spa ladies were wonderful and the spa treatments incredible!

The staff were wonderful and happy to have a chat. The food was amazing and my room was wonderful. I couldn’t find the 3rd pool but the two I did find were very amazing and maintained every day. The breakfast selection is huge with fresh fruit and juice and breads and egg stations and salads and noodles plus so much more. A great place to stay close to shops and bars and beach clubs.

This resort was beyond perfect. The location was great, staff were amazing and it was perfectly clean. The resort is nice, quiet and relaxing and if you want more noise and action there is lots going on right outside the resort

The staff are so friendly and helpful and made an effort to remember our names and make our stay unforgettable. There are 3 pools which are all amazing, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Would definitely stay again.

We didn't like that we could only spend 8 days here.

Breakfast was delicious. Our room had all that we needed. We tried all 3 pools, depending on how we felt on the day as to which one we would use. Our favorite was the large one with the bar.

Access to beach was complicated and once at the beach there was nothing much there in terms of eateries etc. Only Potato Beach Club which was busy and noisy. Getting through the club to the beach was a maze

Booked the delux rooms so we could have interconnecting door (2 rooms for 4 ppl). However the resort could not guarantee- they made it a “high priority request” with availability upon check in. I booked that resort and that room type to be interconnected with my young children. We did receive interconnected rooms on check in which were beautiful rooms. But it would have ruined our experience if we had not been interconnected. Unsure why if you pay extra for the delux rooms, and book early, the hotel doesn’t take the anxiety out of it and secure families the interconnected rooms. Even after making multiple requests and booking 8months in advance, waiting for check in to see if you were split across the resort and therefore had to split the adults between the children was frustrating

Kids club (9am - 9pm) was included and was excellent. Children loved it! Buffet breakfast was delicious. Staff were very kind and friendly.
