I love everything about this place. The location, which is in close proximity to Kuta beach, shopping area, food, etc. I also love how friendly all the staff were, and the delicious breakfast, the comfy bed and room, good water pressure of the shower, as well as the beautiful view from the rooftop and the pool.

What’s not to like in this perfect place? Wait! they even have air conditioning in toilets by the pool! Never seen in Europe… Never seen so clean toilets and around pool area.

From the moment you enter this property you experience another world. Location, roof top and restaurant with a Chef from another galaxy will make you 100% happy.

the decking could use some trip hazard tape as I was sitting by the pool. I had noticed several people not noticing this step and losing their balance. This could potentially waive any litigation against the company.

The hotel itself is an oasis in the center of Kuta Beach , but what makes MAMAKA exceptional is the staff. You feel welcome and supported at any time of the day. For me it felt that there exists a good vibe among the employees, which expresses itself in everyone going the extra mile for the hotel guests. Special shout-out to Nyoman who went over the top to assure my ride back to the airport arrived timely at the hotel. Last, in terms of to-dos in and around the hotel: sunset surfing, beach promenade two steps away, chilling on the rooftop lounge+pool, street food around the corner -> superb.

I liked the causal, young vibe. I liked the amount of washers and dryers available. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was near a nice mall and plenty of restaurants and shops and of course the beach.

Nothing to complain!

This place is exceptional. Great design, amazing staff, amazing facilities, incredible vibes. I have not one single thing to complain. Best place out of 5 places I stayed in Bali this year.

The bed was very hard. However, that was fixed by messaging reception who were quick to provide a mattress topper. The bathroom is rather small. I think if we stayed again we'd upgrade to a bigger room that has the larger bathroom.

The rooftop bar, pool and movie section were amazing! We really enjoyed the views over Kuta and the awesome day beds and loungers.

A balcony would've been nice in the room as the rooms are a little on the smaller side but overall the room is beautiful

The hotel is in the perfect location, directly across the street from the skate park and beach. The staff is extremely friendly always greeting you with a smile. The rooftop is beautiful and relaxing with great music. The hotel overall is modern, updated and gorgeous. Finally the food was absolutely amazing, best food we had all trip

Really overall - I thought it was exactly as described and anything I didn't like would be on me. They really did a great job here.

The location was across from the beach, close to the mall, and close to all things Kuta. So if you want to be in Kuta/Legian, excellent option. The pool was great and the staff there was attentive. Breakfast in the mornings downstairs were a steal and the staff overall was so kind and attentive. The rooms are modern and had everything you could need. They also look like the pics. The area is not a resort area, so if you're looking for a Bali resort vacation, you should go to Nusa Dua, this is more in the busy part of vacation world. This hotel was great
