When in the pool area on two separate occasions a brick fell from the walls around the pool. Someone could have been seriously injured, this hotel requires maintenance! On our first day we ordered bottles of beer and when we asked for another one they said they had run out, didn’t even have bottles of water. On our last day, still no water or beer, surely these supplies should’ve been restocked?

The room was clean but smelled a bit funny. The kettle cannot be used. No label for the soap and shampoo in the bathroom. No face towel. The shower handle a bit broken.

The only drawback was the location as it was right next to a very busy road which was not well lit. The property definitely done its best to create a lovely environment, but the road and noise couldn't be mistaken.

Lovely accommodating staff. Pretty oasis set back from the hustle and bustle. Comfy bed. Squishy pillows.

The rooms aren't very soundproof & get noisy in the early morning; the place overall is quite rundown (the rooftop area was abandoned); internet is unstable.

The room was comfy, clean, and has a great view; the staff are friendly and accomodating; the location is a bit outside the main area of Nusa Dua, but you can see the Bay of Bali; the pool area was nice, and the Homerun Cafe has yummy food.

Not very good location for tourists if visiting Bali. Balcony looked out onto busy main road.

Staff were extremely helpful and helped us print paperwork for our visa extension. Good location for the immigration office and what we needed it for. Nice pool and nice breakfast. Good size room.

The bathroom had some water stains in the corner that required attention. We checked other rooms to change but they were the same. I know with the pandemic, things are difficult with reopening. Hopefully these things will be corrected to allow these short comings to be resolved. the 4 star rating needs to be reflected in all areas.

The breakfast wasn’t the best, not a lot of options. The staff wasn’t the most efficient. After asking for a earlier check in the staff told me that the room wasn’t ready and then at the time set for the check in they asked me to wait even more time. And the hotel was far from fully booked. Also when asked about motorcycle rentals nearby the staff told me that they had not such information despite the existence of a rental shop on the same street of the hotel… The room floor was full of stains.

For the price range and the proximity to Nusa Dua resorts the hotel had a good value for money and nice amenities.

We arrived to the hotel and after numerous discussions to attempt to check in (we were a bit early, and thought we would ask, otherwise we were going to have some lunch at the sport cafe until our check-in at 2) and after sitting us down and giving us a welcome drink, we were told that we would be moved to a different hotel since they didn't have any space for us (even though we booked months in advance and arrived before check-in time). Shuffled off to a 'same' hotel (which it was NOT) in a terrible location, that was unclean and did not have the same amenities. We were really looking forward to staying at the Mahogany but to not even get a call, message, or email of the change of plans that they didn't have space for us, was extremely disappointing. We did not have an option for a refund they just booked us in at another hotel and took us there. Our first time in Bali and it honestly ruined the second week of our holiday. Such a scam and we felt incredibly dismissed by the team after reaching out several times, and were told it was a 'like' hotel, which it was not. For example, we wanted ala carte breakfast, and the one we were taken to was buffet. The room at Mahogany was more expensive as well, and we received no acknowledgement of what it meant for us. Unbelievable. Would not recommend.
