We loved the location, the beach was so clean. Staff could not have been more helpful. The food was good. Great live music. Wonderful sunset view. Two pools. Huge restaurant, good breakfast, included. We were given an amazing upgrade. To a private villa with own pool. The room was big. The shower was fantastic, two thumbs up. We will go back. Can't wait.

Unsophisticated and genuine. In a good area for eating out and walking on the beach. Two good pools. No lift but only 2 flights of stairs. Every hotel, it seems, uses doonas in spite of being summer! So hot! Not sure why they do. Staff pretty helpful although we had to book the ferry trip back to Bali ourselves leaving from Mushroom Bay. Later found out we could have caught a ferry from a very close location. We would stay there again.

The aircon in our room struggled a little but was adequate. The room was otherwise very comfortable and clean with a lovely sea view. There are several flights of stairs to the room and no lift. However, that was my error in not asking as I mistakenly thought from the booking.com photo that the beach view room was on the ground floor.

Beautiful location. Lovely pools and beach. Great spot to watch the beautiful sunsets. Within walking distance to many good restaurants. The buffet breakfast was quite nice. Staff were lovely.

All the tv was Indonesian so entertainment was a little limited… a little international news would have been good

Breakfast was good, pools available were great. Room size was good. The staff were friendly and it was an easy walk to cafes and warungs. Wi fi was good.

The bathroom courting had black fongus spots .

The staff was really friendly and helped us arranging transportation inside the island , we were unable to have breakfast and they helped us with take away , the pool and spaces are AMAZING great garden , beach and pool.

The breakfast was very basic. The coffee lover needs to find another solution to get a good one!

Very nice view and very friendly staff. The pick up from and to the ferry was arranged quickly and swift. The ocean swim is only possible with water shoes and is not ideal for small kids.

The bed was terrible, every time you moved it would be so loud. It was on a wooden platform - which we felt uncomfortable!

Didn't have the room we booked. Front Desk were rude and unhelpful. Expensive room service and food. Breakfast was not good. Bathroom window is open so no AC can go in there and people can hear you talking outside the room. Will not stay here again. Also, the pool was hot like a hot tub hot. It was so hot and humid, we were looking for a cool dip to cool us down. Just FYI you might like that, but we prefer it not be a sana.

Close to a lot of things you can walk to. Great views of a beach. Spa on site that was really nice. Driver was so nice and helpful.

Breakfast, it was complimentary but stale buffet. Sometimes didn't even want it. Hotel is 7 years old, and visually starting to show it. Bed was very firm, but understand you don't want to sink into a bed in Bali either.

Warm pool. The bathrooms smelt of sewerage - poor plumbing We had to cover all the drain holes and sink holes with towels and face washers to alleviate the smell. We stayed in the lagoon villa

The bathroom while nice could probably do with an update ( but it’s certainly not bad) and we would have loved if there was a laundry service.

We had one of the rooms that opens onto a shared swimming pool and it was GREAT! It was a beautiful area, quiet and secluded, very romantic. The restaurant is great and the beach part of the resort is wonderful. The staff were all really wonderful also.

No place to refill water bottles. I'd like to help reduce the amount of plastic waste in Bali. Limited place to sit suitcase for easy use. A luggage stand would have been nice.

no elevators; weak wifi

I liked the nice atmosphere in the hotel and at the hzge beach; good breakfast; nice rooms; less perfect: wifi weak; I cant recommend the village view rooms (super loud many motorbikes; village view means: at the noisy street); the other rooms are fine. Big hotel. No elevators. If u r disabled (legs, knees), dnt book here.

The heatpump needs servicing - did not appear to be cold enough, pillows high and uncomfortable. It pays to have an assorted range of pillows so people have choice for comfort

1. no elevators 2. street noise (village view side)

rooms are comfortable & large, bathroom more simple, but very well working shower & toilet; Internet working well but not perfect; TV fine; I booked a room with "Village View" & cant recommend it, coz village view means de facto that it's very loud, too near to the super noisy street. Second bad thing was that there is no elevator in this huge & high building (my room was in 3rd floor9, so for persons with disability (in legs or knees) this hotel isnt fitting well. The pool is very nice & big, the beach is beautiful too, but u need shoes coz it is full with little broken corals and small stones. Breakfast was very fine, good value for money. For this price I would book it again, but of coz never again "Village view" (with the super noisy street nearby) - Garden view is much better, inspite it's nearly the same price.
