The bedroom is amazingly clean and you cannot find nicer owner to welcome you in Kuta. They will do everything to make your stay easier. They are such nice people ! The bedroom is also super modern with a big TV screen with Netflix, Amazon,… tactile glass and all the necessary commodities !

Joseph was so helpful and accommodating. He sent me a list of recommendations of things to do in Kuta and they did not disappoint. Joseph helped me rent a bike, sort transport, find a post office, source some cardboard boxes and cleaned our room on request. One of the best places we’ve stayed. Would definitely stay again!!

Very cozy, the host was always ready to help and available 24/7 in WhatsApp. The property was super clean and “gadgy” (a few tech that you don’t normally see in Indonesia) which was nice. There was a common fridge and there were always drinks available that you could buy. In the first day, the host recommended a lot of stuff to do and helped us renting a bike. You can notice he is very hard working and always with a smile in his face. We felt like home 😊

It was quiet, close to town, clean, and the owner Joseph is one of the most friendly hosts we’ve had. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We arrived late at night and had arranged for a scooter to be delivered so we could go get dinner. But when the scooter didn’t get delivered on time, he offered to lend us his own! This was our second stay here and we would definitely come back if we visit Kuta again!

We loved everyting about this place! Joseph and Veronica are amazing and nice hosts, speaking perfectly english, giving you ideas for beaches and food. They organize scooter rentals and pick up/drop off to the ferry. The rooms are nice, bathroom is big (with soap & shampoo!), provide room cleaning everyday if you want to, nice big terrace where you can hang your clothes after a beach day! It’s not in the middle of Kuta, more a really quiet area from where you reach everything with the bike in 5 minutes! The most amazing thing: a TV with Netflix 🙌🏻. All in all it was a 10 out of 10!

I loved this place! super peaceful location but really close to town (about 6 minutes on a scooter) and on really good roads (rare for Lombok!). The rooms are really clean and feel really inviting, they have a great shower system with hot water, there's air conditioning, nice lighting and my room even had a lovely view from the window. Mornings here are beautiful, waking up to the sounds of birds and the view of the mountains around you. The beds are really comfortable, and it's a secure building so you feel really safe. I look forward to staying again. Joseph, Veronica and Jonathan are a very kind family who run this place and they're very helpful. Joseph has great local tips on where to go, and he will help organise airport pickups and scooters too. Highly recommended!

Great position, only 5 minutes from the city centre. Apartment was really clean and the owner was amazing, helped us with all the stuff and gave us all the recommendations.

Joseph was an incredible host, always here to help us. He gave us many advices about the surroundings. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is a few kilometres away from the center of Kuta, but we rented motorbikes through him at a very competitive price. That was a really nice stay!

Everything! We were on level 3. The host Joseph and his wife Veronica are such lovely people. My partner and I were so grateful for their welcoming and friendly nature. We had plenty of chats on the rooftop and Joseph sent us lots of recommendations and helped us with anything we needed. We cannot say enough good things. In summary: - Two new water bottles daily. - Bed & pillows = big & extremely comfortable. - Very hot shower with great pressure (shower gel & shampoo inc). - Room was modern, very clean & had a new TV. - Far from the mosque which is rare, so peaceful and tranquil. - Very secure & safe location: few minutes ride to everything by scooter & you can park inside the gate at night We would definitely stay here again, when we visit Lombok next time.

We stayed in the family room. Beautiful hot shower, the TV with Netflix made me feel like I was at home. The bed and sheets were comfortable and clean. We had 2 water bottles every day and the aircon was great! Joseph had so many good recommendations and is really thoughtful. Always looking out for us and assisting 24/7 when needed.

You need a scooter to get around but like this is Indonesia you need a scooter to go anywhere so that's fine, ask the owner for beach recommendations!

This place is lovely and very clean, the room is cleaned every day. There is a big rooftop space where you can do yoga. It's also the quietest place I've stayed in Lombok, as far away from mosques as possible. The owner even picked us up from the airport for a very reasonable price. Most importantly the owner is the friendliest and most helpful person I have ever met. He gave us so much information whenever we asked him anything and was just very kind, genuine and extremely honest which isn't something you find much of in Kuta ;) thanks so much for everything!
