We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe drains in the shower rooms are quite smelly. The set up of the dorms means you are disturbed by people using the toilet and shower in the morning and the door to the dorm is very noisy.
The staff and owner are lovely and are really helpful with tours and recommendations. The pool is great and they keep it clean. It is very close to mushroom bay and restaurants - if you can get a boat that docks in to mushroom bay it's a 5 mins walk. It's not too far to walk to dream beach and devils tears but I definitely recommend checking out the other side of the island as well.

GermanyI absolutely loved this place. I extended my stay to over a week and was still reluctant to leave when I did. Deko , the owner, is amazing - friendly, helpful, cheerful. He and his staff create a truly welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed the pool. The rooms and whole premises are kept very clean and being serviced daily. The bed is very comfortable, has a curtain, and doesn't move or squeak at all even though they are bunk beds. Scooter rental is possible and cheap and there is free water, tea and coffee. The beach is in easy walking distance. I Think this is the best value for money I ever got. One of my absolute favourite places.

The dorms are really spacious, the beds are big and really comfortable. Our room had six beds and two toilets and two showers, which was really nice. Everything is clean. The location is great, it is only a few min ride to Devil’s tear and Dream Beach and around 15 min to Nusa Ceningan. Our hosts were super sweet and friendly. They make you breakfast in the morning and they even dropped us off at the harbour for our boat to Penida. Really recommend this accomodation!
