We liked everything about our stay, the staff is the most friendly and helpful, they make you feel like family but take care of you like royalty. The facilities are amazing and super clean. My favourite accommodation from my visit in Bali. Hope we will go back soon!

We booked this hotel last minute and the owner/ a person in the reception area did not have any issues with this. He even stayed after hours to let us check in. The hotel room was great, basic, but with everything that you would need. You have two options for your breakfast and everyday you can make a new choice. The breakfast is cooked freshly in front of you. The swimming pool was super clean.

Bed was creeky and would be good if there was double layered curtains as a bit bright at night due to pool lights and entrance lights. Other than that everything is ideal!

I don't see this as negative, but someone might think, it's not in the center. But we actually saw this as a good thing! Because it's super quiet and calm neighborhood, but you get to the center by taxi (which is super cheap) or with a motorbike (they can rent you one). So there's actually nothing negative to say! :D I hope we can come back as soon as possible !!

I don't even know where to start. This place suprised us a big time. Even though the room and pool were just great - the staff made our stay just out of this world. They told us about balinese culture, organized couple of tours and amazing cooking class for the local juices. They treated us like the family. And sunny days by the pool were not bad neither ;) Rooms are great and AC is working well, hot water in the shower and TV with Netflix. Bed is also super comfortable. They don't have their own restaurant, but they can order you the local food on affordable price. They have a laundry service and it's ridiculous cheap. It's just a beautiful oasis were you can relax but it's also easy to get to the city and places in Ubud. There's also Luwak coffee place and Silver jewelary class nearby.

Where do I even start this place is great value for money the property is quiet and peaceful the pool is clean the rooms are well managed and maintained the mattress and pillows were comfy the WiFi was strong and they have smart TV so Netflix and YouTube is a plus . The staff were just amazing always ready to help and going out of there way most of the times especially Mr Juli he helped me go fix my phone and change money also I’m grateful ☺️

We liked the environment because it was plenty of local restaurants and shops. Although the location was not near the centre of Ubud, you can rent a motorbike in the hotel for a good price. We loved the staff because they were really nice and helped us with a lot of things to do. If ever again to Ubud, we would come to that place.

My partner and I had an absolutely fantastic time at Kubu Kirana and couldn't be more pleased with our experience. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Every day we were greeted with a neatly tidied room, complete with fresh towels and other amenities. What impressed us the most was the beautiful surroundings of Kubu Kirana. It was such a paradisiacal setting that we even decided to extend our stay, and fortunately, the staff was very helpful in arranging this extension

Very good value for money, the bungalow room is spacious and clean, clean white sheets and towels, comfy bed, bathroom is clean. It’s quite new still and I didn’t have a single bug or even gekko inside since the owner really invested in proper sealing and quality. The pool is lovely (cleanest I’ve seen so far here) and the place has a fresh and nice ambience, lovely to enjoy your breakfast at the terrace. WiFi is fast and stable. Staff is extremely helpful and so kind. Some great books on the shelf and a piano that needs tuning and a couple of cats add to the character and Charme. It’s a bit out of the way but I love how quiet it is, zero traffic noise. Shops and great cafes and restaurants are still nearby though. Extended my stay by several nights. This is the best place I stayed so far in Ubud.

Noise of roosters from very early. Not bad in modern rooms but not good in huts. Little bit of noise from upstairs on concrete floors in modern rooms could disturb light sleepers . Nowhere really walkable for meals .

Breakfast simple but nice Location was a little out of Ubud, so away from worst traffic .accommodation a mix of new and authentic. Easy to get local transport using Gojek . Rooms very spacious. It's just a personal preference but we would have liked to have a small night lamp in the room and a jet spray/ handheld toilet shower near the toilet.

Julie was an amazing host and his place were beautiful. Ibenk was the most lovely manager we've met in all of Bali - always smiling and ready to serve. He made us some fresh and tasty breakfast everyday. The room was spacious and the property was very beautifully maintained. You can see that the host and his staff pay a lot of attention to cleanliness. We stayed here for 3 days and would have happily stayed longer if required. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Ubud.

I loved everything about this place. The staff is so helpful with everything you need & they’re all so kind. The pool is amazing. The whole place is so nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Personal touch from the moment we arrived. On arrival we were greeted with a smile and genuine friendlies from the hosts. The pool/bar area was tranquil during our stay and we had pretty much exclusive use of the pool. Rooms were a good size and had smart TVs and nice showers with hot water readily available. Breakfast was ordered the evening before with fruit followed by either pancakes or egg to your liking along with tea, coffee or juice. Location wise it is a bit out of Ubud centre but is easy and cheap (£2-3 for a 4 seater car) to get a Grab taxi into the centre. The hotel was happy to organise trips and usually at a discounted price so worth asking when you arrive. Overall we would recommend this place to families, couples or lone travellers as everthing about the place from the grounds to the service was excellent.
