My room didn’t have a window outside which was a bit bummer. The location is ok if you wish to be in Jimbaran and close to the airport, but it’s far from Uluwatu.

The hotel is well organised, the staff is nice and helpful. The bed was super comfortable with fluffy pillows. The pool was maybe too chemical but okay for some swim. I liked the gym. With 3+ nights I got some free meal and drink which was nice.

We liked everything! The bathroom was a little dirty upon arrival but besides that, everything was perfect & enjoyed our stay.

Amazing staff! They were all very lovely & helpful. We felt comfortable and welcomed upon arrival. There is security at the front gate as well. The room was nice and has everything you need (Kettle, safe, mini fridge, TV etc…) Shower is nice and open. The bed was comfortable, loved all the pillows. The breakfast was SO good! A huge variety of food to choose from. The rooftop pool is gorgeous & loved the view.

No staff at the bar at the swimming pool, I was offered a free taxi to the airport which they said they didn't have one the day i was leaving I waited a hour for a iron to be delivered to my room

Didn’t feel too comfortable at the hotel, checked out one day earlier than expected time. poor location, dirty pool, city view was not too nice, and the area doesn’t have enough public transportation and good restaurants, bars.

The breakfast is mid at best, definitely far from a W. The soundproofing of the rooms is basically nonexistent, when people walked by our door talking it was like they were standing next to our bed.

The rooftop including the gym and pool is very nice. The beds are very comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

I could literally hear everything the guy did who was I the next room through the attaching door. You really need a motor bike or to catch a grab to get anywhere

Only 2 teabags, 2 creamers, supplied per day, which was a bit mean. Rooms opened out on to a central atrium not direct to outside making rooms dark and uninteresting. Charged $10 per hour for late check out, despite hotel being half empty. Location not near beach.

A bit of over capacity in handling peak season guests in dining (roof top) and in check out. The parking area is also very limited and better bring smaller cars due to the tightness of the turns.

The breakfast was so so although they change everyday,the restaurant air conditioning was working according to the staff when I ask how come I feel hot while we were eating. There's no ironing board and iron in the room n it's difficult for me to iron my clothes.

It's in jimbaran area n not far from the Kuta beach like 20 minutes u will reach.there,staff was friendly n help us with our problems,so for those who haven't been to bali it's a good choice n it's affordable also.

The room in relation to the bed ratio is fairly small, and the bathroom gives out a stale odour which we could smell from the side of the bed closer to the bathroom.

Good location & easy to find. The check-in process was easy and quick. Best thing was the welcome drink - as we booked on Booking.com, we were given 2 beers for each room which could be replaced by fresh fruit juices for each person (honeydew/pineapple/watermelon) that were served right to the door by the staff! That was an unexpected delight. Breakfast was decent with various options available. And I love love love the fluffy pillows and there were also bolsters available to my surprise! Had a very comfortable sleep. The bed was also in king size.

Breakfast need a bit of improvement in some area. Room is not sound proof, sometimes can hear a lot of noise from outside. Restaurant food is not very good, especially western food.

Room is quite good, small but enough, standard cleanliness. Good shower room. Pool and surrounding area is clean and better than I expected. Staff are nice and helpful, can communicate well in English. Gym is better than a lot of other Hotel in the same price range. There are a lot of restaurants arround to choose from, suit all budget, minimart closed by. Only 15mins to the Airport. Access to beach club is a plus.
