We only stayed one night so not much to complain about. A few maintenance issues in the outside common area but nothing worth noting.

The hotel should check the bed mattress for bedbugs..It was our last destination and I thought I was bitten by mosquitoes, but no, because this these bites were after the night and smaller but more numerous.

The in-room fridges were rather noisy overnight in both rooms our family had booked, which disrupted our sleep a little. Hopefully that's easy to rectify, as we had no other issues and enjoyed our brief stay.

We only stayed for one night after returning from Gili Air as we flew home the next day. However, our stay was comfortable and the staff were helpful and accommodating. There were a number of thoughtful touches in the room (including insect repellent!) and the general feel was homely and welcoming. The breakfast was also generous.

Loved my stay at Kembali Lagi - from the outset the communication was amazing and the very warm welcome when I arrived rather late on the first evening made me feel very much at home. My room was cute, spotlessly clean and perfect for one guest... if there are two of you maybe book one of the larger rooms which have a lovely inside sitting area that faces out to the communal swimming pool. The staff were so friendly and attentive, they truly made me feel special and the cabana at the back of the pool area was a great place to chill out and relax after a day of cruising around Sanur on my bicycle (kindly organised by Kembali Lagi). Breakfast was included and it was delicious fresh and very satisfying. Will definitely stay again.

There is nothing that we disliked, although the breakfast could have been a bit more diverse. We only stayed three nights, any longer and we would have gone out for breakfast. It was still OK though!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They opened a WhatsApp Group so we could ask them questions any time we needed. They arranged bikes, a tour and taxis for us. Room etc. were clean and the beds were fine.

Beautiful room, pool, grounds and breakfast. The staff are the KINDEST, helped me arrange pick up and fast boat to Gills. Excellent communication via WhatsApp. My pick up arrived 20 minutes early, when the cook was kindly making me breakfast a little earlier than their start time due to my early pick up..She made me a delicous egg sandwich to go and 2 little coconut wraps!

No dinner restaurant facilities which may be a problem for some people, and the location is a small challenge which requires a decent walk to the main street where the cafes and shops are. Beach is also a fair way by foot. Best if you can rent a scooter or bike.

Actual accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful, even with the late check in. Helped us organise ongoing transport including boats. Breakfast more than adequate and served with lots of smiles.

It’s just so sweet, first appearance you’ll think where have we come too. But you’ll soon get to love it. I should imagine it’s a surfer’s paradise to stay here.

This is inexpensive stay, but don’t let the cheap price put you off. If you want a nice place to get your head down. Not looking for luxury. Then you will love this place, tucked away, kind of hidden. But definitely within walking distance on the main road where it’s all happening. Or a gojek taxi very cheap again. Loved this little jem. The staff are so helpful & friendly . The Bali people are so beautiful natured.

Would have like the option of making a cup of tea in my room. My pillow was a little too big.

My room was perfect size and provided all I needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation was located in back street of community which were good to explore. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around day or night. I appreciated the local food cafe around the corner for takeaway. The staff were very helpful in booking my activities. I was offered many recommendations for restaurants, bars and tours which I appreciated and followed up. This was super helpful. The staff were easy to converse with either face to face or via Whatsapp. The breakfast was a highlight and available early.

For the B&B, guests go directly to the kitchen to order their breakfast which is delivered to their individual outdoor seating area. However not all rooms have this space (mine did not), and the communal living room was already full with guests who stayed in that area.

Individual rooms are well priced, small, and comfortable, centered around a pool. If possible, stay at the 2 bedroom / 3 bathroom cottage located nearby. The accommodation presents with a private pool, Balinese design with modern kitchen (staff comes to prepare breakfast).

Lovely staff, exactly what you want to arrive to in Bali! They did everything despite as arriving late in the evening, as we went on to Nusa Lembogdan the morning after. Really happy with the setup and them arranging a baby bed for us, a pick-up from the airport and helping with all the luggage, thank you!

The location is amazing. Very close by sanur port. I got up late and was still able to catch my speed boat to penida on time. The staff is super helping and friendly.

Lovely little guesthouse on a quiet street within walking distance of the beach. Lovely staff. Gave us some late breakfast when we arrived early and our room were still occupied. Very nice gesture. Room comfortable. Lovely Breakfast served on our own little patio.
