Everything. The room and hotel in general were very well appointed. The staff were exceptional and serenaded my friend at breakfast with a cake to celebrate her birthday. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Would love to have stayed longer.

It was a little bit difficult the communication in English, but we still managed it.

Loved this place! Very comfortable room, nice shower. Everyone is very helpful. The breakfast has lots of options. And the food in general is delicious! We had dinner there every day and really enjoyed it! They even have a gym for an easy work out.

I had no complaint so far. Room was not really spacious, but still ok. Sometimes, it was noise from the outside, but i did not disturb my rest.

Location was the best offered by this Hotel. Close to one of biggest mall in the city, i.e., Tunjungan Plaza. The room was not really spacious, but it was clean. Aminities were complete. Unfortunately, I did not have the meal, because it was during Islamic fasting month, even though they offered midnite meal at the restaurant.

It can be slightly noisy because it is a lively area, but I do not think it will affect much. The noise can be hardly heard in the room actually. Can just request for higher floors if you think it may bother you.

The hotel was nice and had a small welcome snack ready, though I did reach quite late. The hotel surrounding is really lively, good for youngsters, many street food and stalls around. There are also restaurants if you do not prefer the street food setting. There is a inhouse café/restaurant just below the hotel as well. really nice atmosphere and there is a live band too. Overall cleanliness is good, toilets, beds, room etc., was clean.

Next to the hotel is a bar with loud music till 3 am where the room is very noisy.

breakfast selection is surprisingly good, with selections of local food and dessert, pastries and fruits, coffee was good. the restaurant is full of glasses making you feel like eating in a glass house.

Friendly staff and super delicious breakfast with a range of food. Again, the food is so good. The room is good too, small but comfortable for two people. The bed and bathroom are good too. Aircon a bit noisy but the hotel is located close to Tunjungan Plaza and we love it so much. I will comeback again whenever visit Surabaya as the location also close to train station as well. The Cafe/restaurant is so instagramable 🤗

I will definitely stay here again if I visit Surabaya. The service is top-notch, the staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are cozy, the interior is classy, the breakfast variety is good, and the location is central and convenient to malls, all within walking distance. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay memorable.

Please please book this hotel. Highly recommended. The room was so nice and very clean. The staffs are very very accommodating. Love the breakfast & the best part is at night they got live band singing indonesian songs at the hotel’s restaurant. Love love love ❤️

My review may be biased because the hotel went above and beyond to help us, more in a minute about that. The hotel is in a good location, close to a couple of malls (if that is your thing), and a good location to use as a jump off point for tours. They have a nice lobby to wait for your ride in. The hotel seems to handle a lot of tours and as such has a pretty complete menu to choose from. The restaurant is open early to late, has an expresso machine (!!!!) and seems to always be fully staffed. There are lots of plugs around the dinning room if you want to just go down and have a coffee and work. The room was clean, the shower had great water pressure and anything we needed they were very responsive to. Now, on our check out day, there was a big parade that closed down all the streets in the area and our taxi couldn’t make it to the hotel!!! The staff immediately recognized the situation and had two staff use their personal scooters to ferry us (and our luggage!) out of the area and meet the taxi (who they talked to and coordinated our pickup!). They saved us making our flight. Kudos to that staff.

The bedsheets were washed, but some stains did not wash out. We requested a change of sheets, but unfortunately the new sheets were slightly stained as well. I get the feeling that laundry detergent is not that powerful in Indonesia 😄

The location was amazing, but still super quiet. We were not woken up during the night. The staff was very friendly.
