The balcony door frame in hotel room was loose and was tricky to lock.

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable, pool area was a lovely setting, but just a bit small.

Bed was too hard, shower needed pressure, bad smell in the toilet, no massages or shopping at walking distance! Very slow service and Brekky at $25 too much for Jimbaran

The main problem is construction processes what’s happening on the rooftop. They can work till the midnight, from the morning. If you want to have room on the 3rd floor, forget about quietness during the day. On the schedule workers supposed to finish in 15 of March, but till the last day of my booking, ( April 21) they didn’t finish.

Good location, car and bikes parking, 20 meters from the beach with big variety of cafes. 15 min walk from Fish market place. Tasty breakfast, every day cleaning, great view from rooftop. Reasonable prices.

The staff were very, very slow to attend to us around the pool, we had to ask several times if our orders had been forgotten. The location was nice but nothing to shop around the area . Breakfast was pricy, fortunately next door at Kempani, the quality and price of food was excellent

Do not stay in a room opposite the bar and overlooking the pool. The music from the bar was so noisy. I asked for it to be turned down 3 days in a row and yet every day it was back up again. Like staying in a disco.

The Friday night buffet on the roof top. It was advertised as a buffet, but the night we were there we arrived around 6.45pm to watch the fire show and eat. We arrived and sat down. Most of the dishes were empty and weren't replaced. Some staff said there would be more coming through the night, some would say no more. To be honest, it wasn't organized very well. We talked to a certain staff member and he was very apologetic.

The corridors seemed dark and unwelcoming but this is just the design of the hotel ( our room was the last one from the lift )

High end hotel with exceptional breakfast . We stayed after a 24 hour plane trip so the high end room and bathroom was ideal to unwind . Staff helped as get out bearings . The beach restaurants were exceptional for the fixed price fish menus

- The pool is pretty crowded at time with only a very small and crowded Sun bed section. - Breakfast was okay - but not a great deal of variety (tip: go to the cafe next door for your morning coffee) - shower was generally warmish - we only had one truly hot shower in the week we stayed.

- Good location in Jimbaran - across the road from the beach. - The staff were very friendly and tried their best - Food in the restaurant was generally great. - Pool was clean and a great temperature

The room was great value for money, but the bed was very uncomfortable. You could tell a lot of guest had been sleeping in it, due to the mattress having big dints in it. Not saying that I lost sleep over it, but comfort wise it wasn’t great.

The location was great, exactly the piece and quote I was looking for. The private balcony with bathtub was amazing. The staff were super friendly & helpful!

The position is great. Out the door,and cross the road and at the beach. Staff were very obliging and really nice. Courtesy lounge for me to have a shower before going to the airport at 1800
