Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeWhile the room was huge there was only one small window in the closet area and it was painted over so I could not see out. This should be mentioned in the room details.
Terrific value for money. The room was huge and had a full kitchenette with full fridge and microwave. Large water discpenser in the room too which is handy and sustainable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good selection for breakfast.

1. The location is superb,it's strategic yet it still have its calmness in the centre of the capital city. 2. The exterior and interior design very sweet and elegant, have its own authenticity. 3. Front office staff very welcome, friendly, and confident to welcoming you including when you're checking out. Very proffesional. 4. The TV already connected with youtube, netflix, etc. You won't get bored.
