Far exceeded expectations. We all felt very welcome and all the staff were very attentive. The Jali kitchen restaurant is clearly popular and that didn't deduct from the quality of the living quarters! Peaceful nights sleep every night too away from noise. Thank you. Highly recommend

The location is at the end of the east side of the island so a ways from the dock if you have much luggage… the sunset was on the other side but I like to walk. The pool does not get much sunshine. It’s private and quiet because of its location.

The room was fresh and decorated nicely and had a small fridge! It had lounge chairs outside your room and a nice outdoor bathroom. The staff were very nice and helpful plus the restaurant had good food at a reasonable price! I tried to extend and would definitely recommend to others.

Everything was just perfect. From the pool to the restaurant, the rooms and the staff. Breakfast was amazing aswell. The location was far enough away from the center to not be able to hear the mosque and still be close enough to walk to everything. Would definitely stay here if i ever return to Gili T

Open bathroom can get bit messy, would be nice with better anti slippery mats. More vegan options in menu would be great.

It's bit off the main road which means it's quiet and you don't hear loud prayer call all the time which you might near harbor. You have to use horse cart of you have luggage as it's half an hour walk from the ferry. You get a welcome drink and warm welcome which is really nice. Room has free snorkel and beach towel to use during your stay which is very much appreciated. Snorkel is of very good quality. They give free water bottles in glass not plastic which is plus to environment and they refill it every day. Open bath is nice but can get bit dirty would be nice to have scrape available to clean it so you don't have to slip. Breakfast was basic but good. They have bicycles rental which is odd market price but if you go around town you can negotiate for better price. Same goes for booking tickets to other islands or to Bali.

Shame we didn't know about this place for first two nights :)

Just WOW. Everything was 10/5. From great staff welcoming us with a drink, to amazing room with tasteful decor and great "outdoor" bathroom. Jali kitchen is very popular too and for a very good reason. The selection is definitely Asian fusion and everything we had was just mouth watering! Would definitely come back!

Nothing really, except the outdoor shower, which is really nice but as most outdoor places, there are bugs and also there are millipedes and I can’t deal with them and every time going to the bathroom and toilet is an anxiety attack for me

Room is right where the pool is. The bed is comfy and the shower is nice. It’s a little far to walk to the pier but only 10 mins cycling. The hotel has a nice restaurant too.

Outdoor bathroom is not for everyone, however it was nice.

The pool area was very nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. Welcome drink was appreciated. Dinner/breakfast were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was a fair few mosquitoes around the breakfast area in the morning but the staff kindly kept all the citronella candles burning which did help.

Rooms of an excellent quality for the price point, pool was clean and well maintained. Restaurant onsite was amazing.

We told them it is our honeymoon and they decorate our bed. It is clean. The breakfast is nice and the pool is chilled and clean. There is water and snorkeling gear to use.

Location was quite a long walk from ‘main area’, but possible to rent bikes so it was a short bike ride.

Amazing hotel, great restaurant and pool. Very friendly staff taking care of anything you need on the island. Snorkeling equipment included which was a nice surprise

Everything, they were very accommodating I had a bad cut on my leg from a few days before my stay so I didn't want the flies getting to it, they brought my breakfast to my room which tasted amazing too, the room was gorgeous and just so comfortable overall

Lovely bungalows surrounded by lovely trees and plants. They were very clean and comfortable. The pool was great with fantastic access from all accomodation. The adjoining restaurant/bar had great food snd a fantastic atmosphere. Staff were really lovely and accomodating.

If we want to find something to criticize, maybe the pool could be cleaned of the leaves a few more times a day, but it still was very clean in general!

The staff is super friendly and the room is perfectly clean and looks exactly as in the pictures. Every morning we got 5 different options for breakfast and we also tried some of the other dishes from the menu for dinner there. Everything was very tasty. You could rent a bike via the hotel for a day and that way explore the whole island. To sum up, we really enjoyed our stay here and are looking forward to come back soon!!

Unfortunately the wifi is not great. We basically had to use our 4G the whole time as it was so slow and unstable. Even in the restaurant area I couldn’t download anything. The location is a bit far from the port, it’s not a problem except for arrival or departure day is a long walk with bags. But otherwise a great location to get around the island.

The restaurant is incredible, the food was delicious and it has a good range and such a lovely vibe. The staff are always very friendly and keen to help. The pool was refreshing although pretty much always in shade. Air con in rooms works well and rooms are spacious.
