The hotel needs maintenance...water feature around the lobby is a disgrace.fiull of algae and fungus floating...appalling state...on arrival...it's the first visual and it is quite safe D to see this

Too noisy...with waiters running around helter skelter...coffee comes forever to arrive...presentation is mediocre...egg station passed the test...

It's actually not a minus of hotel, but the beach water in here and also in the hotels nearby is very dirty, but once more, it's not the guilt of the hotel, they do their best to clean it.

Good hotel with big territory. Very beautiful pools, 4-5 pools in the area. Very nice and helpful staff, good and quick room service, room cleaning 2 times a day. Food in restaurants is good.

Great property front beach in an amazing location right on the center of Nusa Dua. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The grounds of the property are wonderful. The breakfast is great and has loads of options. The spa is also good.

Breakfast was good,with egg station and big buffet but it could have more a la carte choices.

perfect resort hotel in Beautiful Nusa Dua area,nice beach in front of the hotel with sunbeds.Pools were amazing,we had the room with direct lagoon acess which was very nice and relaxing.The hotel staff is very polite and willing to help for everything we asked.Big clean rooms,very good wifi.Choice of 4 restaurants in the hotel at good prices and one beach bar.Bali Collection mall is just outside the hotel,very nice open mall with shops cafes and restaurants.We suggest Restaurant Nusa by Suka.We arranged an airport pick up at a reasonable price which was there waiting for us.A perfect place to relax in Bali.

Furniture is a bit outdated, the TV was way lateral to the bed so could only see it standing to the side, paint stains on the floor, Netflix required am hr waiting for a staff to come and slowly do an update to the whole tv set, less gluten free options for breakfast, can juices instead of fresh ones, less options for a la cart menu & average food

The room that was booked for us on the 4th floor was extremely hot and the AC did not work properly. They did move us to the 3rd floor and it was much better but I would say it was still just cool enough. The beach is very beautiful but sadly so much plastic and garbage. We spent a morning cleaning up a full bag of plastic. I know this is not necessarily a hotel issue but so much resources is spent on making the hotels in this area beautiful i wish they would attend to keeping the water and beach clear of garbage as well.

The resort is beach front with lots of lounge chairs. Our room was very large and clean with lots of storage. The staff was very attentive and accomodating. We tried 2 of the restaurants ans the food was very good. If you are looking for a resort with lots of amenities and gorgeous grounds yoy will not be disappointed.

This is picky, but the outlook from the small balcony looked straight into a room opposite. No real garden view Iike other Bali hotels of similar type. But it's too hot to sit on a balcony in Bali so not much of a problem.

Pools were nice, breakfasts quite good, near the beach, excellent staff, big room, great bed.

It was good for us as it meant it was quite but some people may feel it is a bit far from the main action of Bali

One of the cleanest beaches in Bali. Beautiful rice terraced style pool. Staff were lovely and food was good. Great place to swim and see the sunrise in the morning

The cleaners came late in the day and rarely topped up shampoos etc in the room, also never once restocked the room fridge. Considering the amount we paid for the rooms, and the busininess of traveling with young kids (by the time you realize they could already be in the bath without soap lol), these are things we probably should’ve not had to chase on our own. Room service was very slow (and if catering to tired kids, it might need improvement). Also, others in our travelling group had all inclusive wrist bands. We were told we couldn’t get this when we booked as it was sold out, however, another person in our group booked the week before and got it. It would’ve just made things a little easier as having to pay at every location for food (instead of charging to rooms, was a little inconvenient).

The resort was family friendly with pram accessible walking paths, the pools were outstanding and catered to a range of our families needs and the beach access was great. Our butler assistance when we needed it was helpful, thank you.
