The pool doesn't look clean. The water pressure in my room was not too strong. I don't think hot water was working on my stay. I showered with cold ish water.

Breakfast is fine. I love the fresh fruits. Bed was comfortable. Great location. AC was great. I love the free water they provide daily.

Our room is very dirty, too many dust on the tables and the toilet feels like they didn’t clean it , too many hair on the shower area. The sink if you’re going to brush your teeth is very yuck 🤮 water is getting stuck in there. Toilet is very dirty.

It was close to the City and Airport. And they have very comfy bed. Staff are very friendly and nice 😊

The water heater wasnt hot enough. The room was really cold that we didnt switch on the aircond the entire night but it still cold. The floor of the toilet, the sink and the toilet bowl was yellow and dirty. The hotel doesnt look in the picture advertised

All things are good except that bathroom floor mainly shower area is really slippery and they did not provide any slippers. Another thing is their router blinking strong blue when all of the lights are switched off in room during night. It was disturbing.

The room 606 I booked for my teenage son is smell and I just notice the day after, when we about to check out, and he didn’t say anything because he feel bad. But it’s really not comfortable. And the room 617 “twintroom” that was for my daughter and my cousin have the toilets clogs. So they do have to pay attention for cleaning on some room before giving it always to the next person.

The location is center and very nice, the staff is really nice, and my room is good, I think it was 605. All good in this room. (But can’t say the same for the 2 room I booked for my kids. It’s going to be the next box.) The receptionist is very friendly, the process of checking and out very much nice, everyone in here helpful, breakfast pretty okay. And for the price this hotel is a very good options

The wifi didn’t always have a strong connection. If you like to use the gym it’s ok for one person! It felt over crowded when there were three people at the same time. The summing pool didn’t seem like it was filled up with water properly. And when I arrived to my room it smelt a bit like there may have be mould (the same in the gym also). I felt the pictures made it look better than it was. I felt like the balcony could use some furniture to go out and sit in the sun. I didn’t like the coffee in the room. When I added the powder milk it just went lumpy and it contains MSG! That being said I enjoyed my time there.

The bed was super comfortable and I liked the breakfast. It is Indonesian cuisine which I very much enjoyed instead of what I am used to. I liked that I had work space for my laptop and there is a safe in the room. AC was really good also! Nice hot shower!

Light in side room was slightly less ,visibility is poor in the night.could have been better. Bed could have been better as it was very soft.

Rooms, beds, bathrooms, tv, wifi -- are very very outdated and old. Felt like living in 2023 with decorations and facilities from 2010. Breakfast every day for 5 days consisted of the same meals... Indonesian rice or instant ramen. Lol All their meals are instant meals, including their powdered juice. Except the fruits lol

The buildings and structure was very well made. Breakfast daily but its the same food egeryday... we stayed here for 5 days... The staff speaks English but very limited and shy, so there's a sligut barrier. They accommodated us with microwaves and water upon request. Everything went smoothly. Location here is 1.5km from the beach and 3km from other touristy fun places. I enjoyed my stay here.
