A bigger pool would have been better, but on the other way, the beach is close by.

Great location, literally 200m from the beach and also close to lots of restaurants and coffee shop. The breakfadt was very good, with many options to choose from. The room was big. The staff very polite and very helpful.

Nothing, it was ideal.

Friendly staff, loved the roof top pool, room clean and comfortable and only a few mins walk from beachside restaurants, but also close to local shops and bars away from the beach. Only stayed one night and didn’t book breakfast but absolutely perfect for our last night before heading to the airport which is only 30 mins away.

Conveniently located ... within walking distance to the beach, nearby shopping area and also not too far from the harbour. Lots of bars and eateries nearby with various cuisines so many options nearby for those who opt not to eat at the hotel. The rooms were a good size, and very clean and well maintained. We were also very pleasantly surprised with the many options available for breakfast every morning. The highlight of our stay, however, were the staff..... all always seemed so happy and willing to help !!! I would defo recommend the hotel to anyone looking to book a stay near Sanur beach.

The exposed rooftop pool may look good on the drawing board, but in practice, not very practical. Luckily the beach is close.

Decent peaceful quiet place. Out of the hustle bustle main road. 5 mins walk to the beach. Hotel staffs are friendly. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Standard breakfast option with both western and local choices.

The beach next to hotel was not very good

Staff very courteous and helpful, Hotel was clean and hygienic hotel breakfast was good Hotel layout incl. rooftop pool was very good. The Director of the Hotel was very helpful when he had a problem with the room.

No rooms have a balcony, no gardens areas, just an outdoor area in the middle of the hotel with seats and some umbrella, which was ok to sit outside for an early morning breakfast, but no way could you sit out there in the heat of the day, it was baking hot. Pool roof area small with 7 sun-loungers and few chairs, but decking needs refurbishing. Also didn’t like that no staff came up to the pool area on 5th floor asked if you drink or anything and wasn’t going down the elevators to main reception bar to get one during the 3 days we stayed.

Great location, few minutes walk to be beach and great bars and warongs It was very clean and modern, really good breakfast and shower pressure was awesome.

Lots of people have mentioned the swimming pool, yes its a little tired and could use an upgrade, especially the ladders for pool access and some more shade could be good to. That said, our kids loved the pool itself and it was a pretty good view.

We had a lovely four night stay at the Holiday Inn Sanur. The rooms were clean and well appointed and the staff lovely. Food and beverage options were good. Location was excellent being close to the beach / port for dive trips while also being close to supermarkets, shopping and dining options.

I can't really say there was anything that I disliked about the facility, the service or the staff. Location was great and they were always there to help.

The entire staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Their ability to provide directions, drivers and even helped to teach a little Bahasa. Definitely would recommend this facility to friends and family.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel has exceeded our expectations, the staff, the rooms, the food and the bar was on the highest level. The attention to details and service was impressive. The staff has memorised our coffee orders for the breakfast after 2 days. The room was cleaned everyday and the supplies were renewed. If we’re ever again in Bali this place will be the one we’re staying at.
