Suggestion >> maybe better to have the water dispenser near by the rooms and on each floor. This is more efficient rather than contacting the hotel staff for water. Even though the staff are so responsive and full support.

The room is so clean and big. The staff are so friendly and helpfull. Near by the factory outlet and some restaurant. The location is excellent , easy to go to the center town or other vacation area also to the shopping mall.

The bathroom was not that clean. The window is also not clean. Hotel Need to have a project to clean the windows from outside.

The AC in our room needs to be serviced. Not cool enough. The bathroom area needs some serious deep cleaning! Mildew all over the shower screen area so it was gross. Bath towels have some stains! The basement parking is narrow and tight. Many varieties for breakfast menu but nothing is outstanding.

Cute thematic 4 seasons room. We stayed at summer. Friendly and helpful staffs. This hotel has a lot of potentials to be great if only they paid enough attention to the small things …

Our air con room were not cold enough even when the temperature has already been maximalize, its getting cold just when its dawn , and also i’m not to fond of the bedsheet n duvet fabric

The location were nice, near to famous factory outlet rumah mode, the air were still fresh at the morning, the room were nice and smell good, the important area which is bathroom were clean too, love the simple yet nice gym station

I asked for iron and iron board 2 days in a row but never show up. I don’t knw why. Myb they only have 1 iron. But mind to let us know in the 1st place. On the 1st day and 2nd day i asked for it. And they do delivered it. All Of sudden it went missing. Don’t knw why. Myb the staff took it without telling us why while we’re away. And i forgot our room’s no,if im not mistaken its 5016, just want to let u guys knw that the phone is not well functioning. Cuz i tried to call “0” for receptionist. Its not allowed me to do so. Overall staff are adoreable. Thank you guys

Room need to be improve like the AC and it could be better if they put a closed wardrobe to hang cloths and pants. Clean up the basement so it can accommodate more cars.

There's renovation work so noise at daytime and very limited parking. Breakfast spread is limited. Swimming pool is too small.

Location is great. Room and bed are comfortable. Lobby & restaurant have good air circulation. Reasonable price.

This is the noisiest hotel we've ever stayed. You can hear almost anything from the room, from the noisy sound of their rooftop cafe & bar to the door slamming of ignorant guess. Poor structure, I guess.

Location is good, walking distance to Rumah Mode, in the heart of one of Bandung's most popular area. Though it's used to be a bad traffic in the area.

I could say that it wasn't a good price hotel with a standard bathroom, I was expecting more. The TV kind of old-fashioned in comparison with the room design. I was expecting a smart TV, with more movie channels. One thing for sure, I was disappointing with the breakfast, a below average breakfast with that room price.

a hotel with a few new designed area. The hotel was clean with good mixed colors. I got the room similar to the photos, kind of good for your eyes to look.
