Too much road noise and had to drive to extra 15-20 minutes to make a U turn because if the road! It’s close to airport so from Hotel to airport is very fast….. from airport to hotel took 30minutes.

Perfect budget one nighter close to airport for early morning flight. Had everything we needed and expected. Welcoming, attentive and polite staff. Excellent communication and updates via email. Expect traffic and airport noise due to location.Back rooms offered.

In general is a good hotel if you need to sleep near the airport before or after a long flight. Room is big and with all necessary comforts.

I liked everything about the hotel except that it was kind of on the highway and therefore you could hear the traffic and it was hard to sleep. Perhaps therooms on the other side were more quiet.

Very pretty and well designed hotel. The room was small but comfortable and fine for one night. Very modern and clean. There was a small but pleasant swimming pool in a nice area with a restaurant.

Stayed just one night after landing in the early hours. Check in at 1am was very easy. Rooms were nice & clean. Breakfast was tasty and the pool area was to chill for a bit before heading to Uluwatu later in the day. Recommend.

Personally, the most welcoming and cost effective hotel. As a woman solo traveler safety is very important to me and with 24 hours security guards, safe box and 24 hours reception with the friendliest employees ever, I didn't feel any discomfort during my stays. I definitely recommend the hotel also for longer stays, the longest I stayed was 3 weeks and they just exceeded my expectations (daily cleaning, daily free water, daily change of towels, free coffee or tea...). The cleanliness of the whole complex is just impeccable and can easily compete with 5 star hotels. But the smiles you receive from every employee here and readiness to help and their service is just unbeatable. Since I am a returning customer the welcoming massage after a long flight was just heartwarming. Small things that matters -- thank you so!!!

The location was incredible. I ordered a scooter and it was delivered to their garage. The staff were professional and kind. They were helpful with their local knowledge. I will look forward to staying here on my next visit.

Location is a bit off, there's a very busy main street between the hotel and the rest of Kuta. If you cross the street and walk five minutes there are many restaurants, but on the side of the hotel there's a very limited amount of stores and restaurants (and if you wanna cross via a crosswalk you have to walk an extra 5 minutes to the intersection near the airport. During the day the street is very busy so you'd probably have to use the crosswalk) On the other hand, if we're talking about driving or taking a ride the location is quite central, ~10 minutes drive to Kuta beach and very close to the airport

small rooms, but great for 1 night

The Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The pool area is perfect, and despite being on a busy road the noise did not carry to the outdoor area. Having a restaurant on the premises was so convenient and the food options were great. The onsite SPA was amazing and my skin felt so smooth! For the price this is a very good budget option. We stayed here before and after our 4 flights and will definitely stay again!

Due to the short duration of my stay (a few hours for a nap), I wasn't able to explore all the hotel's amenities. There's nothing negative to report.

I truly appreciate the hotel staff! They went above and beyond by preparing an early breakfast for me, even though it was much earlier than their standard service. Their politeness made the experience even more pleasant.

Good proximity to the airport, in case you are catching an early morning flight. Food in the restaurant was really great and value for money. Adi, Wiri and Agung went out of their way to take care of our needs. We had to leave earlier than breakfast time, but they ensured that we had a brekkie that we could take along in the taxi. And before we left, Agung tied a protection band around our wrists! OMG, who does that? You guys are so wonderful!!!

Getting to hotel late, hot & tired as pre arranged & paid for pickup taxi didn't arrive. Had to get another taxi. Nothing to do with Grandmas however not happy Jan.

This is a fantastic stay for one night if you're arriving or departing Bali, and it's great value for a hotel room. Pool, restaurant, room service, and a spa, and only a 5-10 minute uber to the airport. I would definitely stay again.
