Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThe room and the location, bed frame too light, I stretch a bit on my bed and the whole bed+bed frame moved along with my body... Location is a bit out of the way, please choose suite instead of hotel. Suite lobby got aircon, hotel lobby, I think they just give up on hotel lobby.
The staffs! I love your staffs! All the staffs are super helpful! But maybe some of them should smile when they are offering the help. Please visit Kevin's bar! Super cool and relaxing.

SingaporeNoise from motorbikes climbing the hill past the hotel. Maybe consideration of double glazing on balcony doors to reduce the noise. The rooms are short of power points. One next to the bed is of little use with a bedside lamp and the need to charge phones. Same throughout the room with standard lamps not plugged in because there are no sockets. Maybe 2 chairs in the bedroom to sit on! Pillows are far to small. You finish up chasing them around the bed.
Breakfast and staff with excellent attitude. Room service was also of a good quality.

SingaporeRoom 204 2 Bedroom suite was cosy. Breakfast was okay. Not much variety. Hi-tea was at 4 pm-6 pm. By 5 pm, the snacks ran out quickly. I suggest adding some mini sandwiches to the high tea instead of all pastries. It will be good if there's a baby/kids pool. The concierge Felix was very helpful, and guest service was excellent.
