Bathroom tiles and basins could be updated to keep in line with other accommodation for the same price. But functional and still ok.

Lovely pool area. Good location near many restaurants. Nice size rooms. Very helpful friendly staff and owner. Good feel. Great Balinese food and breakfast served at Giri Carik in their Joglo style Cafe with lovely views.

The bungalows aren't new, but still clean and comfortable.

Perfect location nearby warungs easy to walk to. The pool was a nice feature since there aren't many places with pools in Sideman. The bungalows were separate from each other, so provided some privacy. The view from the restaurant / breakfast area was beautiful (The bungalows are on a hill, so from my room, just a view of trees and rooftops)

The room didn't have aircon which we didn't realize when booking. It is cooler in Sidemen than other parts of Bali so it was ok with the fans and mosquito net.

The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious - best banana pancakes ever and very nice options. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was great. The view from the restaurant on Mt. Agung is incredible. The pool area was very nice too. They have a lovely dog who lives there.

As our second visit to Giri Carek in chalet no. 3 with the best view in Sidemen we still can't fault the accommodation. The pool is delightful. You can dine at a different restaurant every night, Warung Joni on the corner we would highly recommend. Giri Cariks restaurant is pretty good too. Breakfast is great and if you ask nicely they can get you a very good Nasi Goreng. Will we visit again most definitely. Much love to Ayu and the cheeky team.

Pool area might get bit too noisy, especially, when other guests do not consider people staying in the rooms located next to pool area and have a loud chats and beers there in the evening/night. One night they even intruded my terrace and left full ashtray there, which was very rude and not pleasant as I am a non smoker. Room has little openings above the main entrance, so the smell from outside easily travels inside. Having pool area and other common spaces as a non smoking areas would be much better, especially because there were guests with little kids as well.

Very well located place to stay at in Sidemen. Pool area was nice, right in front of my room, in a beautiful garden. Room was spacious and clean, with comfy bed. There is no AC in the room, so it might get bit hot, but there is a fan provided. Views of Mt. Agung from the elevated restaurant terrace are amazing, and this is where delicious breakfast is served too. All staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here.

The staff are incredible, so friendly & helpful. There is also great food , + they have a coffee machine. Where they have fabulous coffees. You can see Mt Agung from the restaurant & rooms. The garden is beautiful + great pool & lovely clean rooms. Highly recommend

A truly lovely stay at Giri Carik in beautiful Sidemen. The views of Gunung Agung, the garden setting, the lovely pool and the attractive Balinese style bungalows. The walking in this area is gorgeous. Just head out and explore. But you don't need to do too much other than just take it easy and luxuriate in the surroundings. The rooftop restaurant is lovely with alternatively good volcano views. The food is really good, both breakfast and otherwise. What often matters uppermost though is the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Excellent here and a big thank you for being so!

Lovely staff, super service, rich breakfast with fresh fruit, toast with any kind of eggs, nasi and fruit juice. Beautiful views from the rooftop restaurant at the vulcano and rice fields. Great swimming pool clean and in a beautiful setting.

Only a few small things. The shower almost right over the toilet was a bit difficult. The bed was very hard. And the mozzie net was positioned wrongly to be able to use it, so we didn't use it.

We loved the location and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious with a separate seating area and balcony. Plus value for money was fabulous 😍

Room was a bit hot with only a fan and no aircon, but this didn't affect our experience at all. Would stay here again.

The view, the pool, the setting and attention to detail was spot on. Best welcome juice we've had. Kettle and tea/coffee available in the room and free water. Has a nice restaurant on site. Staff is really welcoming and helpful.

Such a beautiful location with friendly attentive staff. Room was exceptionally clean with comfortable king bed and pillows. Fresh fruit and cold drink on arrival. Clean bathroom and loads of space. Relaxing cool pool. Good free breakfast and dinner to purchase. Thank you, great stay.
