There was not much to do around the hostel and you really need to go by scooter to places. It was not really a social hostel.

I had a big and comfy bed with curtains. It is really nice that there is a kitchen.

If you have appropriate expectations considering the price, there aren't many things to complain about. The mosqito net was worn down and old, but we didn't have problems with insects.

Very good value for money. If you just need a cheap place to sleep with A/C and basic amenities, it's for you. The owner is very nice and chill. He helped us with scooter and surfboard rental. Definitely get a scooter to get around. It's a perfect place for surfers on budget.

Legend staff, super nice crowd. Cat and her kittens. Got a bike delivered in 30 mins. Staff super knowledgeable. Pools small but nice to cool off in.

occasional issues with water (gets disconnected due to construction). rooms can get a bit damp. rooms are a bit dark.

super great surfer crowd when we were there. nice family vibes. kitchen is a big plus for longer stays. easy to get to lots of beaches. warung, supermarket and scooter rental close-by. helpful staff and owner with any travel arrangements. wifi works fine.

It is a little out of the way if you want to go to Dreamland Beach and restaurants around that area. You do need a bike or to catch a grab to get around.

Really good value for money, very sweet garden with small pool. Good priced restaurant within walking distance, free tea, coffee and water.

MY only issue it was the ac was not reaching to my bed ( maybe I was to far at the end ) and it was warm. I did not say anything because I stayed just 1 night. .

The hostel is clean and very organized the bed is confortable, very calm to get a good rest also a good location and value for the money. I will be back!

We came during the rainy season, and the place is always "wet" on the inside and no good air circulation. The bathroom could have been better and the pillows were terrible. The price of the hotel is ok, and if you just come to sleep wake up and go out again in the morning come back late at night, then this place should be ok for you.

If you come for surfing in Balangan area, then this place is perfect for you. It's pretty close to any sites around for surfs. My favorite thing about this place is the receptionist, his name is "Bli Melon" - he's been very accommodating and helpful to our needs. The pool is small but pretty cozy to chill.
