United Arab EmiratesWhile I enjoyed our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak, there is room for improvement. The shower area could use a deep clean, and the selection of TV channels could be expanded. Additionally, the small fridge may need replacing. The pool would benefit from including deeper sections, around 5ft and 6ft. Lastly, adding more options to the breakfast menu would enhance the dining experience.
Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak met our expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent AC and lighting. The large pool was aesthetically pleasing, providing a great space for relaxation. Breakfast was delicious and offered a satisfying start to the day. Overall, a fantastic stay!

AustraliaMy room key failed twice, had to take it to reception which was annoying as I was on the far end of the hotel. Tried calling the hotel on the check in day to let them know that we would be late. Tried literally 10 times and never got through.
The breakfast was next level, absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly and all spoke excellent English. The room was adequately clean.

AustraliaI couldn’t walk properly due to injury and there were no lifts to concierge from entrance so had to climb stairs however found out there was a lift from basement which goes to concierge, so it wasn’t so bad. Lift to pool area is quite a bit of a walk you have to go around building to access otherwise stairs lead through restaurant which was quite odd but not a major big deal. Aircon wasn’t great when sun is at highest felt like it was on warm, might be due to sliding doors to balcony not being sealed or unable to close properly but it didn’t ruin our stay.
Staff are amazing excellent service. Buffet breakfast was the best I’ve had from a hotel.

AustraliaThe rooms were run down compared to how they looked in the photos, the rooftop restaurant was closed during the period of our stay which wasn't advertised so when we arrived and there was no rooftop restaurant and that was disappointing, the spa was not as upscale as what we were used too in these types of hotels although the price did reflect that so that was fine, we wished the pool bar was open at night
We had the buffet breakfast every day with our room which was fantastic value, we couldn't speak more highly of the staff, they were professional, caring, and attentive and did their best to make our stay amazing, the rooms were very large, the largest I've ever stayed in, the swimming experience was great, especially with the bar next to the pool, we also went to the spa and it was great value considering it was in the hotel, we loved the location - it is a short walk to a strip of restaurants and bars in Seminyak and in walking distance to potato head beach club

United KingdomThe rooms are starting to get a little run down and could be doing with a little TLC. There is also very limited storage space for your belongings. The walk from the main road to the hotel is dark with no lighting.
Good location just off the main area. The pool was fantastic and the pool bar was great, especially the cocktails. Staff were very helpful and the main reception foyer area is really nice. The wifi signal is very good too.
