Nothing it exceeded all our expectations we will definitely be back!

Omg what's not to love ♡ you have an open air bathroom, we showered under the moonlight listening to the waves crashing on the shore. There is hot water, I saw a previous review stating there was no hot water but their definitely is. Rooms were very dreamy, cosy & clean. The pools were absolutely beautiful overlooking the ocean with an infinity edge. Staff were lovely everyone was very attentive yet relaxed. Food was lovely, happy hours were fab taxes are included so not added. Massage hut on the beach was out of this world the ultimate in relaxation such a beautiful place. Lots of places to sit and relax we wanted a Bali holiday that was complete R&R and that's exactly what we got! This place oozes relaxation, it's extremely picturesque I could watch the ocean from the edge of the pool all day long.

Only sight negative, was at high tide not much beach/sand left to lay on. And there is a strong current, need to be confident swimmer to swim in ocean. Beds were a little hard for me, but my partner slept like a baby.

Everything, breakfast was a little "plain" and was the same each day but still go. Great pool and sunset bar. Massage was amazing, ladies have magical hands, staff great. Such a relaxing spot.

Pool was very busy with day trippers and it was difficult to get a pool lounger, so didn’t spend anytime in the pool. Was a bit expensive for what it was in my opinion, have stayed in places just as nice for a fraction of the price

Unfortunately I was let down by my massage, staff spoke all the way through it and when trying to get undressed there was no privacy. Windows and doors left open. The massage was held in a room on a beach with multiple people on it. Toilet in food/pool area were super dirty and didn’t smell great. We booked an ocean hut, stairs are pretty steep please be careful when booking.

This accomodation is in the perfect spot with a beautiful view, with infinity pools, beautiful views of the beach and located next to devils tears. Staff are friendly and always willing to give you a hand. Food was beautiful, we left this resort and still decided to come back for another meal.

A bit of cosmetics on the huts would make this an absolute gem

Breakfast was OK but not great.

Was here during low season. The huts were nice and cozy. Aircon, ocean view, ocean sound. Lots of room and different relaxing spots around the pool. The adjacent restaurant was great too.

You pay a lot of money for the view, the cabins are fine but we also spent some days in another accommodation next to it that was much calmer and (from our pov) a nicer option. But the view is astonishing!

Some of the staff in the restaurant wasnt very nice. Expensive and very little food that took very long to get.

The prices of items the shop on site were way more expensive than necessary.

The huts were comfortable and excellently located near the beach, the place had a really nice holiday atmosphere. The pool area and proximity to a beautiful beach were amazing. Staff organised everything for us and made out stay very easy!

Lots of steps. Not a lot of western dishes available. Outdoor bathroom privacy from neighbours.

Infinity pool and view was exceptional. Hotel menu offerings could be expanded. Pool side bar convenient and well priced. Staff could have been more friendly. More information in rooms around getting around on the island would have been useful.

I have been here 15 years ago when it was still a hidden gem. Back then it was simple but good. Now it feels really like a money machine. The food in the restaurant is poor and the price is to high same for the Room. But the location on the beach is wonderful
