Beautiful surroundings. Great service and friendly staff. Also easy to rent out bikes from the Villa which makes moving around really easy. Rita is excellent in coordinating and helped arranging activities for us such as a Mt Batur sunrise hike. Pickup/drop off from the airport was really nice too.

-We generally like walking (into town) but this may be dangerous due the busy road you need to get into town. However, we booked Grab which was very easy and cheap. -We used Grab Food for dinners and groceries the drivers are sometimes confused about the location of a villa. This is easily resolved with a walk to the main road and finding the driver but perhaps this could be avoided.

Amazing villa with stunning views. The villa is a few minutes walk away from the main road and therefore very quiet. We travelled with a young family and the facilities were perfect. For example, an extremely clean pool and a drinking water dispenser. Hosts were very friendly, accommodating and always near to help. Excellent breakfast and massages in the villa are offered: would recommend taking advantage of these extras.

Fantastic, peaceful villa set against the backdrop of beautiful rice fields! Wonderfully caring owner and staff, and big delicious breakfasts. Short walking distance to Kalos for dinner and live evening music, as well as Ubud Fitness Center; 10-20 min by car from the center shops and main sights, and a short drive from Jegeg Cycling. Couldn’t have asked for a better Ubud experience!

The villa and pool are beautiful and the staff are wonderful. It is spotlessly clean and we had everything we could have possibly wanted. It’s a short bike ride or walk into the centre town. Thank you for everything during our stay!

Champaca villas is the pearl of Bali. The best place to stay that you can only dream of. We have traveled all over the island and this place is the best! Nothing compares. Starting from the location- very close to the center, almost in the center. And at the same time in complete privacy. Surrounded by rice fields on both sides! It is an indescribable feeling of solitude, beauty, silence and the sounds of nature. Despite the fact that we were surrounded by rice fields - there were absolutely no insects in the villas, everything was thought out for our complete comfort. Villa design, cleanly large pools. You feel how much love has been invested in the construction of the villas!! Every detail in the villa is not just like that, with its own history, everything is made by hand and this, of course, is amazing. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts every morning. A large, spacious villa area with a very beautiful landscaping. The kitchen also has everything you need!Daily cleaning and every second care of the staff. All the staff is wonderful. The most important thing at Champaca villas is the owner of the villas, Rita. There are simply no words to describe what kind of person this is. Rita has become a guide to Bali for each of us. The way she took care of us and helped us with everything is simply indescribable. In all the years of traveling, I have never had such a feeling as here, so that you feel really at home. The host Rita took very good care of all of us. We had some sickness during our stay and she offered a lot of her personal stuff for free to help us get better. She even packed us some self-grown lemongrass when we left. Rita also helped us book for activities at a very good price. We enjoyed the juice, message and meals at Champaca Villa everyday.

Amazing property, very quiet & peaceful once you enter. Sitting in the pool overlooking the rice field was the highlight of the day for me. Ayu & the staff were super friendly & helpful, felt so welcoming. The location is great, close to shopping, cafes & restaurants. Easy to get around. Can't wait to go back there again.

Turning Aircon off while out , Leaving rooms open for mosquito's to get in after making rooms up, Shower was not unblocked after several requests, Safes not secured to anything , Need to very organised to manage transport, need gogek app , Road into ubud centre not suitable for walking , Not knowing which of the 3 villas that we were actually staying in before arrival

Amazing and impressive place! retreat for my family. It's fairly new and it was designed to capture some of the traditional bali features. The lounge areas are a breeze ways to keep the place cool. The service was very personal. They greeted us with breakfast and washed up for us. If we needed assistance, Ayu the supervisor was quick to respond to our requests. Rooms look romantic and massive! definitely come back here to stay again. We didn't explore outside the villa much. Just admiring the views of the pool, rice fields and to just relax. It's quiet and very private from the hustle and bustle of Ubud.
