Restaurant was non-aircon, and there were mosquitoes. The scent of the burning anti-moskie coils placed around the premises was a bit overwhelming.

Cosy 32-room hotel, 3 levels served by elevator. Our room was on 3rd level, spacious, clean, bright, peaceful, overlooking the compact swimming pool. Beds were comfy. Ample hangers, and a drying rack in the balcony. Four 300ml bottles of drinking water provided daily, free of charge. Our room rate included breakfast. The breakfast menu was excellent with a good hearty variety. When my room mate was out on a sunrise trek and could not make it back in time for breakfast on one day, the restaurant staff kindly packed a take-away breakfast box for her. Spas, convenience stores, cafes, eateries, 2-storey supermart, open till late, all within 5 mins walk. Shops a bit further away, but still within walking distance.

Beds were a little uncomfortable

The location is amazing, right next to the monkey forest and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants surrounding. Room and hotel facilities are also amazing

Pool area nice. Some areas of pool need a bit of attention (algae). Pool beds (fabric) could look fresher.

The pool was excellent , however the water was not as clear as other places we stayed.

We stayed for two weeks. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. They made small changes to our included breakfast to help with our slight stomach acclimatisation. Restaurant is set up high and gives good view of street. Rooms are clean and comfy, good selection of TV channels. Location is another top feature, five minute walk to a good selection of eateries. This leads to a high standard of food on offer. Monkees weren't an annoyance and only passed our balcony a couple of times. The cooking class is highly recommended.

Perfect location, right next to monkey forest and walking distance to the city center! Breakfast options were great, and the staff was exceptional! Loved every bit of it!

Our room faced right into the restaurant so we couldnt keep our blinds open. We couldnt leave the windows open due to the possibility of monkeys coming in to steal your stuff, meaning we also couldnt dry our swimming clothes on the balcony rack. Pool needs some work as tiles are coming undone.

The breakfast is good. The room was quiet. They sprayed for mosquitos so they were not an issue. Hotel was right next to the monkey forest so we got in first.

Great hotel in a great location. In the center of the city with so many shops and restaurants. It is 3 minutes walk to the monkey forest. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was very good.

It was weirdly hard to work out how to turn all the lights off. You have to try different combinations of flicking switches.

The bed was a little hard and had a line down the middle, not the end of the world, our balcony was at the end so was small and tucked away again didn’t worry us as we were exploring UBUD
