The staff were exceptionally friendly and sensitive to the clients’ needs. Very clean surroundings and adequate toiletries provided. The entire stay was simply comfortable & enjoyable! Location was close to restaurants, amenities etc and the area was windy. Highly recommended!!

Overall a very nice place to stay. The complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea was awesome. The place is very close to kuta beach and also convenient for some local shopping. Lots of good restaurants around as well.

It was such a wonderful stay, loved our room, the pool was extremely lovely and the entire site was the perfect Bali vibe. The creature comforts were all available and the breakfast was delish. Look forward to returning in the future.

There was nothing in our mini fridge on arrival, no robes, the breakfast wasn’t hot (our poached eggs were cold).

Lovely atmosphere and really comfortable bed. We only stayed on night but were able to leave our luggage and explore and return to collect it. The hotel and amenities were clean. The staff were lovely.

I had a very pleasant stay at Amnaya Resort Kuta, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. The location is excellent, with the beach and Discovery Mall just a short walk away, making it very convenient for both relaxation and shopping. The resort is impeccably clean, and the atmosphere exudes a chill and relaxed vibe that instantly puts you at ease. Every morning, I was greeted warmly by Artanaya, whose friendly and welcoming demeanor set a positive tone for the day. The staff across the board were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met. The breakfast at the resort’s restaurant was extraordinary, offering a delightful start to each day with a wide variety of delicious options. I left feeling rejuvenated and satisfied, and I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a top-notch experience in Bali.

STAFF, EXTRAS - 5* BREAKFAST, POOL, ROOM, Wi-Fi, PRICE, LOCATION - 4* VIEWS - 3* We stayed only one night to be close to the airport and enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very friendly especially ‘Ima’ on reception who checked us in. We left prior to breakfast so we ordered a packed breakfast which was simple but enjoyable. It would have been nice if they could have delivered to the room though rather than having to walk down and collect from reception. As with most hotels in Bali a complimentary afternoon tea was served which is always a nice touch. The pool area was sizeable but it’s in a long, narrow courtyard so sun is limited. Wi-Fi was good in the room but poor at the pool where we were. The room was well-appointed although no mini bar which was a shame. Strong, hot shower and nice big bath. Comfortable bed. Location was good and surprisingly quiet considering how close you are to busy streets and the airport. Would return again.

There was not anything I didn't like.

During our recent stay, we were utterly impressed with the hotel and its exceptional service. Upon arrival, we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room with direct pool access. The room itself was outstanding, boasting impressive architecture, immaculate cleanliness, and an amazingly comfortable bed. The spacious room offered plenty of storage, a convenient clothes drying rack, and the most beautiful bath we've ever seen. The air conditioning was top-notch, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel pool area had an amazing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. From the start, Bella at the front desk provided excellent service, making our check-in smooth and welcoming. What truly set this hotel apart was the extraordinary effort the staff made for my boyfriend's birthday. Without any prior mention, Raka, Dee, Tana, Widi, Ima, Bayu, and other team members surprised us with a birthday cake and heartfelt celebrations. Their thoughtfulness made our stay incredibly special and memorable. Additionally, the hotel offered us the use of the pool area and shower facilities after our checkout as we waited for our flight, adding to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, providing an unforgettable experience with exceptional service and attention to detail. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay.

Staff were not able to accommodate a later check out but did store our luggage which we were grateful for. They were unable to offer a shower room on our return either which they had advised they would be able to provide if we needed it so we ended up at the airport very early, hot, sticky and tired.

The hotel is fabulous. Right next door to Waterbom Park if you're travelling with kids (we weren't). We only stayed one night to be nearer to the airport. If you are wanting to stay in Kuta, the hotel is in a great location and very convenient for all Kuta has to offer. The spa onsite is also incredible but you need to be organised and book ahead of arrival as they book out.

Everything was just perfect! The location, breakfast was 👌 superb! Everyone was just so kind and loving. 🥰 Spacious and clean room, bed so comfy and pillows like a dream. Yummy breakfast, so many options for choose.

Great location and amazing staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming - from reception to housekeeping, restaurant and spa. A really pleasant stay and felt great the whole time. Would definitely recommend!! A special mention to Puspa and Taufan - great housekeeping, All staff at Bhava Spa - who provided a wonderful spa service, Kariati, Purnama and Dee at reception, and our Driver Ngurah.
