Loved the decor, fantastic comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and refreshing pool. Attentive and helpful staff. Brilliant cafe out front with delicious breakfast included! Great location central to everything in Sanur. Easy short stroll to the beach.

Great location, able to walk to shops and resturants, beach. The concierge, Made, made sure I had everything I needed, including arranging my taxi ride to the airport. Excellent staff, and very good breakfast. I would stay there again.

Rooms are small. Very modern inside and well designed but small. The pool is directly outside rooms next to everybody's small outdoor seating area, so it's not private at all.

Absolutely pristine rooms and high quality service with lots of smiles from staff. The linen is crispy clean, the rooms are very well designed and the breakfast is delicious and plenty of it, served at their cafe in front of the hotel. The cafe has really good quality, healthy food and eveything tastes great - highly recommended!! Really good position in central Sanur with everything you need just steps away, and a short walk through a laneway to the beach.

We sometimes had to wait around an hour to get our breakfast after ordering at the café, which was very unfortunate, especially when watching other guests come in after us and receiving their food long before us. We often had to remind the café staff by asking them when our food was going to be ready. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this hotel!

Highly recommend staying here when in Sanur. Beautiful hotel with attentive staff. Since the hotel is small, the staff pay extra attention to the guests. We will be coming back!

Nothing I didn't like only that there is live music a couple of doors down but they don't play late and normally finish by 10.30pm all adds to the atmosphere

Akaya Bali is in a great location walking distance to many restaurants cafes and shops beachfront is approx 15min walk away. Breakfast is served at the Akaya Cafe and is fresh and delicious

Bathrooms are small, could do with a shelf on wall to put toiletries on as hard bending down under vanity. Also safe is in a ridiculous spot way too high in cupboard! Some bedside draws would be useful. Overall though room is lovely.

Gorgeous small boutique hotel in heart of Sanur. Everything is close by! Beautiful staff! Rooms are decorated so pretty, loved the lamps!! Lovely pool!! This hotel is a hidden gem!! Shh 🤫

We stayed in Akaya Bali hotel for 1 night before our way back home. Very supportive stuff. Hotel territory is small but beautiful. There is a water station on the terrace where you can get filtered water anytime you need. Breakfast is very tasty. We’ve tried pancakes and waffles, but there’s a lot of different options one may choose. We’ve also had lunch there and it also was very good and tasty. We appreciate a fruit plate as a compliment, as we’ve been very hungry after travelling. Thank you! The room itself is small, but well-designed: everything is placed comfortably. A big bed, comfortable and spacy wardrobe, iron & ironing board are very useful, all equipment is in good condition. After placing of 3 suitcases there wasn’t much free space for moving in the room, but as we’ve stayed for 1 night only it wasn’t a problem for us. As we’ve got a night flight the stuff arranged a late check-out for us for some extra payment and that was very convenient. We definitely may recommend this hotel.

The service, friendliness and the staff to go above and beyond to help out is great. You feel like a VIP. Breakfast was great at the Akaya café. The snorkeling-trip organised by the dive shop was well done: 3 spots instead of 2, prescription-strength masks, wetsuits and the guide was constantly taking care of us

We appreciated walking along the beachfront in Sanur which wasn't too far to get to from the hotel. At the same time, I think staying along the beachfront would be a nicer experience than staying at a hotel on the road (which is where most of the hotels are including Akaya). So, the only downside is that the location is good but not great

Nice hotel with cute rooms, a great swimming pool, friendly and helpful staff and a great cafe with delicious breakfast--they even brought the breakfast to our room! We also appreciated the welcome fruitplate they provided and that the bathroom had conditioner! As a hotel, you can't go wrong! (and they have an attached diveshop which I imagine if we had stayed longer we would've taken advantage of).

That I had to leave to keep traveling.

This property is absolutely beautiful- offering classic bungalow style rooms with an elegant but approachable decor...What a great surprise to see the lovely grounds consistently groomed. Everything was exceptionally clean but you never noticed anyone cleaning. The staff is the best I have come across in 30 days of being in Bali. I can't stay enough about how fabulous it was to have pool room service from the amazing cafe connected to the property. Everything was 150% wonderful here. I will return!

Everything! The lovely staff, beautiful setting .. friendly small hotel. Great location, whilst not beachfront is not far away. Loved the little cafe rather than a huge buffet breakfast. We will be back! Rooms very well appointed and comfortable.

Close to the road and some background noise but not troublesome. Pot luck if you get noisy neighbours but that's the same everywhere.

Very clean. great food. Genuinely friendly staff. Upstairs open air lounge perfect for relaxing, reading, eating breakfast away from the busy, popular restaurant. Easy walk to sunrise beach

There are no fans in the rooms or on the patio so it’s very hot to sit outside and the AC runs constantly . The rooms are small but well laid out .

Location not close to back due to limited access lanes from main road to beach but not a deal breaker, we hired bikes which were ideal for exploring. Breakfast was good but free coffee top ups would be good.

Lovely small hotel centrally located in Sanur. All staff really helpful and friendly, rooms were nice with everything we needed for our 2 night stay, pool and loungers were great and to cool off. Would stay again if in Sanur.
