The social program was rather idle in early October, end-of-season period. The beach shower was not working well.

An excellent location, oriented west so as to enjoy extra sunny hours and the sunset, with spacious rooms in post-war modern architecture style. The hotel beach is sandy and the beach bar provides coffee and snacks. The meals are prepared with local products of good quality and average variety.

İ didn't like the fact that i had to pay 20 € for the sunbed and shade on the hotel's beach which for me is ridiculous.I have never paid any money anywhere for a shade on the hotels beach .I understand if there was any food or drink included in the price but..so we went to another beaches nearby and pay 50 euro for food and drinks and used the sunbeds completely free !!

The hotel was OK..The rooms were big and fresh !The location is perfect just near the restaurants and the city centre !!

The breakfast is not very good, we eat out instead. Most of the staff cannot speak Greek, need to communicate in English (as they are not Greek).

Bungalow was literally on the beach, room was big enough, cleaning was fine, beach was sandy but I would advise to have aquashoes and water was incredible clean. By the noon there was no waves. I visited it for the first time, and will save it as location to visit once again.

Avoid any food from their restaurant. The restaurant itself is terrible. (No interior design, wild cats, flies and wasps everywhere). Food no good, we had food poisoning.

Housekeeping time some days was between 14:00 - 16:00 which is not acceptable. Very poor breakfast!

The price of sunbeds on the beach was too expensive. The room, especially toillets, were not clean with plenty of insects and spiderwebs.

We visited the hotel’s beach and we were charged £20 on top of our order coffees/food, just for the use of sun lounges. This was an unpleasant surprised, as we were not informed in advance.

Staff at reception and the ladies that served breakfast behind the counters, as well as the younger ladies looking after the tables were extremely friendly, smiley and polite, despite the long queues.

The reception women was a bit tired of people. She had a bit of attitude. I think she was the manager or the boss as well. All the other staff was nice and polite. We paid for a room with a sea view and we stayed in a room with a view of trees. The mattress wasn t that good for us and another bad thing the fridge was working only when you stay inside. If you take your card out it wasn t working anymore. The glasses that we had there weren't clean. If you need wifi you have to pay. If you want to sit on a sunbed you have to pay.. and the sunbed was 10 euros a day. Wifi about 5 euros a night.. the swimming pool was dirty

There is nothing I didn't like.

This is our second time at the hotel. I must say that the staff is great . We came with our 11 month old baby, and we had a request for a specific room, which they of course could not confirm in advance, however, upon our arrival, after two days, they moved us to the requested room as soon as it became available. This made huge difference for us, because of the shade and our baby could spend all day on the terrace, he was even sleeping outside during the day. I am so grateful to the hotel and its staff for being so kind and understanding and meet our needs! Additionally, they are not charging extra for wi-fi any longer, it is free and its coverage is much much better. We will definitely be going the this Xenia next year as well.
