We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaBreakfasts were the same every single morning. After a few days I got bored of the food. In order to use the fridge in the room you have to request a key. Also the lock to the bathroom in a few rooms (i have booked 5 rooms) did't worked properly.
The food was good and the fruits were fresh and delicious. The cleaning system is very nice and eficient. The pool was clean and sun beds were available for everybody.

United StatesThose who need privacy may not like a glass wall separating the shower from the bedroom although there is a curtain available to maintain privacy. Pool use is restricted between 7am and 7pm; so discard the option of a late evening swim.
The Palmyra hotel was a positive refuge during my trip to Zakynthos. Prior to that, I had had poor to average experiences at other higher-rated hotels on the island. It is a very professionally run modern hotel that you can liken to the Melia hotel chain in Spain or the Jolly Hotel chain in Italy. Reception is welcoming and flexible. The facilities have ample seating areas inside and outside--there's a TV lounge and many sunbeds and tables surrounding a very large beautiful pool at the center. Marble floors everywhere! Very clean! Rooms had a balcony with table and chairs. Toiletries were first-rate--Zealot of Nature. Shower was modern with a rain shower head as well as handheld; no tub. The shower has a transparent glass through which you can see the bedroom. Beds are very comfortable; you'll have a good night's rest. Hotel guests are not rowdy. The location is in Argassi--in which upscale Michelin-like restaurants like Dominicale, Utopia and Anadalis are found. A block away from the hotel is a bar/club called 360 Skybar that plays American pop as well as reggaeton. (In my opinion, it's the best neighborhood in Zakynthos.) Parking is available and easy to find. Bus stops to area beaches are also within a block radius. Walkable area. Good beaches are about a 20-minute drive away.

Everything was good at Hotel Palmira. Staff, food, location, facilities, pool. If I return to Zakynthos, I definitely plan to stay at this hotel because of all these excellent services.

Very clean hotel! (They are changing towels every day!) Staff was very helpful. We had late flight so we have the possibility to leave our luggage after check out and take a shower after the beach (hotel has 2 extra showers in the 0 floor).
