The bathroom drains didn't work properly: the water accumulated in the sink and shower.

I travelled with 4 friends (so 5 people in total): we booked 2 rooms (a triple and a double) and we got them one near the other as we asked. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel and it was easy to reach from the main road. We arrived late in the night, the reception was closed but they left our keys on the desk. My triple room was spacious with a small bathroom and a balcony. The breakfast was tasty and with a lot of choices.

The door to our balcony couldn't lock properly, but since the shutter door did lock, we didn't ask for a room change- I believe that if we had asked, they'd have changed our room quickly. There was a little disorganization with the payment that could have been better communicated, and also unfortunately some of the offered food in the breakfast was not fresh. Also, we felt it was a bit overpriced considering the location and the small details mentioned above.

The hotel service was very quick when we called with a specific request and very friendly. We asked for recommended places to eat when we arrived, and we really enjoyed the suggested place. The hotel is located close to many beaches, all with thin sand and not too cold waters, so we enjoyed lots of beach hopping during our 2 day getaway. The rooms were clean and in a perfect condition. The variety of the breakfast was nice. There was a shady parking for our car.

There are many things that should be changed. Too many statues, too many different furniture of different styles, too much of everything. The hotel is fine for a couple of night, I don't want to say that it was bad but... they should remove many old thing that the owners accumulated during the years. The room was fine but the position of all furniture was completely wrong, the bed was not centered in the wall so that it was difficult to reach the light switches, to put an old sofa/bed, they removed the night table so there was nothing to put phone, clock or water that could be needed during the night, the wardrobe was in front of the heater, the furniture for the refrigerator was empty and the refrigerator outside of it, the balcony was very big with a great view on the sea but the 2 chairs were different one from the other and one of the 2 was broken. On the balcony there were big flower pots with only ground inside but no plants. It would be enough to put some cacti plant or aloe plants to make it nicer without spending too much time to water them as they are dry plants not needing much water. So, the hotel is fine, for the price paid it's OK but the place could be a lot better even without investing money to change it a bit. It should be enough to remove all the things accumulated during the time.

The hotel has a good view on the sea. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The fruit juice of the breakfast

The room was clean and it had a beautiful terrace with seaview. The girls are very nice and polite. In few minutes you can go to large sandy beaches.

The bed mattress was hard for my taste and the road in front of the hotel can be noisy. However, soundproofing is great and you do not hear a thing once you shut the balcony door.

We loved the sincere, welcoming smiles and genuine hospitality of all the family members running this hotel. Plus the sunset view from our huge balcony was a real treat!

Some cleaning issues/maintenance issues such as stains on walls and a dirty shower curtain. But overal good value when you compare it to the price paid.

The hotel is a family business and just like all the other hotels they have had a very difficult time due to Covid..and still not many tourist have returned although it is getting better..so I think that when it gets better the family can invest more in some areas..we had a very spacious room a family one .they are all on the ground floor..the bathroom has some difficulties but as I mentioned this could be solved...breakfast was really nice and covid proof..it is not easy to manage breakfast buffets so with every hotelvisit we are happy with the creativity. Wifi is only in the lobby and terras but we manage to have 2 hour zoom meeting. Beach closeby and organized beach with 2 really nice tavernes are within 10 minutes drive. Perfect for olympia and neda waterfalls!

The AC was leaking inside, there was not hot water, the shower have mold and broken, the owner of the hotel was rude.

The distance to beach somewhat longer than shown on booking.com. No restaurant, but there were opportunities at the beach. Twice we were locked out, as other guests had locked an outer door, to which we did not have a key. It was though solved. The breakfast was with orange nectar, not juice and very dry bread, the coffee with vanilla, that was not requested.

No maintenance. Gardens not kept. Chairs rotting. Dirt everywhere. The cleaner simply doesn't do her/his job. We asked them explicitely to improve cleanliness. No improvement after 2nd cleaning. The showerdoor and the switches in the shower are falling off. The bathroom sink was full of other guests hair, under the toiliet brush other guest's excreta, spiderweb between toilet flush and wall. The yoghurt at breakfast was sour. the melon half rotten. Muesli and fruit finished after a few guests. Of course all those complaints come in light of a 1star hotel with 30% lower rates than the 3star locactions we had before.

The location is very good. Next to the main road, Sea view from the balcony. The 3 ladies working there are very friendly and very polite. Breakfast buffet quite extensive.
