If the window curtain back layer is darker or completely black out is very much better. Now the sun starts to come out earlier and earlier. Wvery morning, we are woke up by the naughty early sunshine.

Staff keep on contact after booking, to check what you need and tell them what we think and expect. Can feel their care. Location is not at centre area but still convenient. Response to our enquiry and service request is adequate and fast. Not many items for the buffet breakfast. But delicious and fits our appetites. At least there are a few kinds of fruit and salad which is, in our opinion, very important to breakfast. Overall, it is a good hotel for dollar value. Nice and warm staff. My wife likes its cleanliness everywhere in the hotel. The photo below is the breakfast place.

Friendly workers, cosy room and dining room. Breakfast was delicious. Comfortable bed gave me great sleep and rest. Big window was great to sleep with fresh air and early wake-ups for first noises of the street, I really love the atmosphere here! Closed window give you the total silence, if it's important for you. Tea and coffee, water in the room. Air conditioner. Best water pressure in the shower in my travel experience.

Next to the hotel lives a very loud woman who constantly plays loud music, sings, and smokes a lot, making it impossible to open the windows. Thankfully, at least at night, she would stop her solo concerts.

Great hotel in a great location! Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff were very nice and helpful. Cleaning and change of towels are done daily, and breakfast is good—almost the same every day but diverse, offering options. I'd also like to thank Khacho for helping my mom buy flowers for me, and many thanks to all the staff for the amazing birthday surprise breakfast—I did not expect that and was thrilled!

It’s quite difficult to find and the road is uneven to walk up hill with large luggages. Better book a car to transport for you if you have large luggages.

Friendly staffs and helpful. Located just next to the metro station and has a mc Donald nearby. Nice breakfast options and taste good too. Good heating system.

All are perfect. I'd like to commend the bathrobes and toiletries, very generous and good choice. Not all hotel have good quality of toiletries and offer bathrobes. Staffs are very approachable. Interior design and ambiance very classy hotel. Location near city (Liberty Square-where the old tbilisi are walking distance only) and many georgian restaurants anytime of the day, you can walk around and try random near good restaurants.

Unfortunately, there are no blackout curtains, only very thin transparent curtains which prevents any kind of privacy from other rooms and flats, and the light will wake you up in the morning. Breakfast was lacking options and the orange juice tasted very artificial.

Great location at the bottom of Mtatsminda mountain which offers great views. The mansard room is very cozy.

The hotel is up a little side street, tucked out the way of traffic movement, which one may find intimidating if they've not visited Tbilisi before.

Approximately 10-15 minute walk (along the main street) to the town centre and Freedom Square etc. The accommodation is clean, warm, and friendly. Breakfast is typically basic but plentiful. I would stay here again!

A good place. 2 minutes to Rustaveli metro station. There is parking. In winter the hotel is warm, clean, atmospheric design, very friendly staff, excellent breakfasts. For the price of about $40, this is a very good option with breakfast! Thanks to all the hotel staff and administration
