Stayed there for 3 day & they did not clean the room during this period - even when requested. They charged 15 pounds for storing luggage after check-out. Facilities are overly minimalistic. Not find it suitable for anything more than a quick night's stay.

The room was exactly as advertised. There were no frills, simply a very comfortable bed, good lighting and a clean bathroom.

What you see in the photo, is what you get. There is a walkway beside the bed with some hooks, and that is it. There is nowhere for suitcases except at the end of the bed. For oldies, that made it very hard to get in and out of bed. Not even having a stool, there is nowhere to sit in the room. Downstairs facilities need to include tea making!

Superb location in the theatre district. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Encourages you to be out and about. Perfect for those travelling light.

The location is really nice. However, there is no hairdryer inside the room. The concierge said could borrowing one at £15 for 8 hours. Stayed for 3 nights, paying $45 just for borrowing a hairdryer would it be far too much? £2 for an hour would be much more reasonable.

Paying to store luggage defeated the purpose of using a less expensive hotel. I will not use Zedwell again because the all inclusive price for storage of luggage meant that we ended up paying the equivalent of a full service hotel nearby. Now knowing this, I will not use Zedwell again.

The bathroom - shower has no door, so when you shower, the water splashed everywhere. Our tap by sink worked on and off - had to press a couple of times before it worked. Cleaning - stayed for 3 nights and they didn’t even bother to empty our trash can or do our beds. All they did was give us new towels. No rack or hangers for clothes or jackets.

At £250 for a pod I feel the hotel is taking a little bit of liberty with its flexible pricing.

It's always peculiar to have rooms without windows. These ones felt especially like a black mirror cell. But this is clearly stated in the description so it was not a surprise. I would say after my 3rd night here I started feeling a bit depressed though. It would have been good to have some basic facilities like a mini fridge, TV or radio etc but I do believe they are making improvements constantly. I think the luggage storage fee is unnecessary for paying guests and they should consider getting rid of this. I also disliked that the cleaners kept taking things out of the bin and leaving them on the side.

Incredible location that was surprisingly quiet considering the surrounding attractions. I can see from reading previous reviews that many improvements have been implemented recently such as having a place to put your luggage in the room (instead of on the floor) and having security on the outside doors at night to stop people coming in. They've also added a lip to the shower cubicles to stop flooding. I found the staff and security folks to be very welcoming at all hours of the day.

Unfortunately with no windows and constant air con I ended up getting a dry cough and blocked nose which resulted in not getting a good night's sleep after the first day.
