Most helpful and friendly proprietor Ruth. The property was ideal for accessing the medieval City centre, and also had a very useful small Tesco supermarket for some essentials

The location and the standard of the accommodation. The lady in charge of arrivals, etc. was most helpful in explaining things about arrival arrangements.

Well equipped, very nicely laid out with everything you need for a visit to York. Parking was a bonus and organised.

Shower not really suitable for someone with mobility issues. Needs a portable shower chair and shower mat.

Fresh and clean with all mod cons. Even a coffee machine.

Maybe the privacy of the courtyard could be better by having a higher fence but it’s definitely not a deal breaker and was a nice space to have.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

You could not fault this apartment! Immaculately clean, and beautifully furnished. Very quiet, and secure entrance. Has a gorgeous private courtyard space to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks! Has everything you need, plus some real home comfort touches. Ruth, the host, was amazing with her communication and provided everything we needed. Parking was perfect. Access to EV charger was easy. The location is superb! Shops for any food/drink essentials are at the end of the road. Walk 5 minutes around the corner and you are at York Minster and some amazing restaurants. Will definitely return and would recommend to anyone.

Everything. The car parking was what appealed to me when I was looking for somewhere to book, along with the location. The apartment it's self had everything you could need. The apartment was really quiet which I was glad about, to say it's close to the main road/town centre

Hadn't realised that many of Yorks attractions - e.g. museums and art galleries closed on Mondays (which was our last day in York and we'd saved them for last)!

Excellent helpful host. Lovely apartment situated a few minutes walk from everything on offer in York - (York Minster was absolutely amazing). Good local restaurants, pubs and Tesco/Sainsburys 'Locals'. Car parking (which came free with the apartment), was literally a few yards from the apartment.

There is nothing not to like about this property. It is absolutely fantastic with the added bonus of the little courtyard and parking. It was beautifully clean with a lovely quality of bedding, towels, and toiletries. The hosts went over and above to provide an excellent service and were on hand to contact at any time.

This apartment is a little Gem. The location was perfect for our stay.it was so quiet and secure yet only a few minutes walk to the Minster and all parts of the town. The parking is right outside the apartment in a public car park. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The apartment is compact but the quality of the furniture and fittings make up for this. We would definitely stay at this apartment again as our first choice.

Nothing a bad word to say at all, would only suggest a non slip matt for in the shower.

Great Apartment, very clean, comfortable, everything you need for a short stay cation, enjoyed sitting out the garden area just relaxing in private, 2min walk into the centre of York and attractions. The free parking was massive bonus. Host gave every bit of information required which perfect and had no reason to contact them during our stay.

Kitchen cupboards are too high up, difficult to reach items if you are a little person like myself.

Fabulous comfortable accommodation, very close to York City Centre and attractions.

On arrival couldn't get the key out of the safe but this was quickly resolved with a call to the owner. On the day of departure the codes for the doors changed before check out time had ended and we got locked out. The post lady had to let us back in. Check in time was very late and check out time was to early I feel an hour either side would have been better.

Very clean and modern great location nice and warm and free parking was a great bonus.

With the additional bed for my son it was a bit cramped, but that wasn't a big deal
