Metal beds made some sort of creaky noise. Door latches created squeaky noise.

They mentioned the family room has a double bed and a bunk bed. But we got a room with 2 bunk beds. When i inquired about it the receptionist said it is the only room they have. Why do you say it has a double bed if you don't have it. However the receptionist was polite and the room was clean. We managed to stay. I will never come back as I can't trust them anymore.

It is shocking that the female dorm rooms cost more than the mixed, that should not be allowed and is quite discriminatory for people that don't have a choice but to stay in a female only dorm. Please change this and have them the same price for the same number of beds! The bathroom was very cramped and got quite dirty when someone had showered. People wore their shoes in the bathroom as to not get their feet wet, which made the dirtiness worse. Flip-flops are a must!

The attitude of the check in member of staff, absolutely appalling. Ruined my night. Also would have spent more money in the bar but he humiliated me so much I ran to my room.

The guy at reception was appalling, embarrassed me in front of the other staff. I have a medical condition, I had an accident. Came to stay the second night and he brought up the 'mark on the mattress' saying was I drunk. And how I was lucky I wasn't charged for it. I've stayed so many times but won't be staying again.

No electric jug for a cup of tea OR cooking facilities - but for the price ok. Need to pay to store luggage for the day.

Hostel bottom floor has a bar which is a fantastic social spot, brilliant staff, and they do a top quiz night! Great location was just round the corner from the main bus station. Secure lockers in the room.

During my entire visit, my light (nor plug sockets) were working so if I wanted to read in the evening, I wasn’t able to, because the only alternative would be putting the light on for the room when people are trying to sleep. I also wasn’t too pleased about being told, on arrival (on a Friday-Monday trip) that breakfast was 7.30-10, and then when I go to have breakfast on Monday at 9.15, I’m told that breakfast stops at 9 on weekdays. Luckily the staff at the reception (which is in the restaurant/ bar area in the day) let me have some cereal, and then asked if I wanted tea, coffee or juice, and then asked if I wanted any pastries, and so made up for it.

We all had a ‘crable’ next to our beds which you could put stuff on and had charging sockets and a light. The staff were very friendly.

The bathroom was tiny. The location wasn't bad, but also wasn't too ideal. 15-20 mins walk from the train station.

The beds were comfy, there was an attached bathroom which was convenient. There was a also a pub downstairs which was really cool. Enough storage space to keep your stuff underneath the beds.
