Not a complaint at all but even though spacious, would’ve been nice to have maybe a sofa facing the tv - certainly room for one. Massive room! Could’ve fitted a shower cubicle in the bathroom as well as the lovely bath too. Some hooks/rail for wet towels near the bath would be helpful. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful but a small thing that I personally find important is to make eye contact and smile at the guests rather than constantly be looking at the computer screen.

Big, spacious, clean interior (we had a large double), plenty of parking, well-kept and up to date decor and fittings, great selection of food for breakfast, very comfortable bed and easy to control aircon. Breakfast staff were very helpful and polite. Ability to check in early (albeit for a rather hefty £30 per room). Woukd happily stay again.

communicating door to another room in our room. Possibility of noise from next door esp noisy wedding guests. Distance from town centre Hotel was labelled "Yarrow Building" in midst of college campus and looked like a college building. We almost walked on and looked for real hotel.

Breakfast was good though it was unclear what our included continental breakfast covered. It covered all the options set out including bacon and eggs.

fried food very basic. No nuts or grapes. In this day of problems with plastic waste we would prefer to see glass glasses in the bathroom. Also in the bedroom we had, the sofa was at the wrong angle to sit and watch the TV. you had to sit on the bed.

Hot buffet breakfasts are never as good as cooked to order, but it works.

The staff were extremely helpful. We understand that the The Yarrow is also a hospitality training centre for the nearby College. Food was great! Good location to explore Broadstairs as the centre was within easy walking distance.

My room was by the lift shaft. I could hear the lift through the night and in the morning from early on it got progressively busier. Cleaners base themselves outside in the morning so no chance of a lay in. Duvets and pillows were poor quality. Old flat duvets and pillows. I love a synthetic but these let the sleeping comfort down sadly.

Clean, modern and large. Good facilities and more parking than I had imagined. Much nicer than the pictures say. 10 mins walk into Broadstairs down a gradual hill. 20 Mins back but gradient not too bad.

The breakfast bar was good but not keen on the runny scrambled eggs. The second morning we ordered a coffee which we had to pay for rather than the jug of coffee at self service - it was much nicer!

There needs to be real boiling water to make tea at breakfast. The thermos jug just does not provide water warm enough to make a good cuppa. The dining chairs would be much better if they had proper arms, as I need the support to stand upright.

Location is great and an easy walk to the prom. Breakfast gave very good choice and quality. Our room was perfectly adequate for our needs.
