All staff were welcoming, from where I sat watching the chefs putting meals together calmy and with care was a joy... a very calm environment to enjoy my meal. The bar area looks out on to the cheshire countryside, the sunset was beautiful

The mattress is terrible, ( in my point of view) we couldn’t sleep , I wasn’t expected it

Large room and modern facilities, coffee, water, tea and biscuits. Quiet room requested and provided. Good choice of breakfast items.

In the restaurant the napkin on my plate was dirty, a lot of finger marks on the knifes and forks and one of the waitresses should have stayed at home as she had a very bad cough. The cheesecake for desert the caramel was too big to break and too hard

Evening meal , prawn cocktail, too much paprika, and the prawns were chewy and didn’t seem fresh so I left it. Plug sockets should be plentiful bedside, as chargers more often used there. Lighting was poor near the desk area. Bed was slightly too hard for me, but very spacious and clean.

It was clean, dining and bar areas nicely laid out. Lift option. Good car parking area. Easy to access. Nice ambience as you enter the building.

My daughter chose to sleep in the accessible part of the room to be near me as I wasn't feeling well, as the room allocated to her was too far away, we were offered a refund on the room not used

I think the gym could be a little better, it is just a small room. Shame there isnt something like a sauna and hot tub type area as that would make this place truly amazing. But as it doesn it is great!

Room was lovely, hotel was very modern and clean. Well maintained and staff friendly. The food and drinks were of great choice and beautiful! The bed was very comfortable too.

Heating - ok, we stayed during the winter. However, other than the rooms the hotel was very cold. It was noticeable that the hotel was aware of this as we noticed an additional forced air heater ducting into the conference room prior to a wedding and the foyer the next day. You will need a warm jumper for a winter stay or dining in :(

The location was excellent easy access from the motorway and nearby towns Crewe and Nantwich. The hotel itself was clean and well presented. Breakfast was a great start to the day, well worth booking.

Ok - I ordered room service. Ceasers Salad and a glass of house red. £17.50 for the Ceasers Salad which was in fact the best one I have ever had ! But £12.45 for a medium glass of house red ! £8 maybe but £12.45 !!

Had to request different room upon arrival but Receptionist was very accommodating and showed me all options available - then had to have an Amazon delivery made to Reception (my fault I forgot something) and this was then delivered to my room for me - the staff simply couldn't have been more helpful.

Location worked well for my 4-day, 3-night stay, as had to visit multiple sites near the hotel.

Reception area cold. Room heating difficult to get right temperature. Breakfast is varied but not of great quality - buffet style no cooked to order.

The room was very comfortable and well appointed for a disabled guest.
