Clean, spacious everything we needed

I don’t know if maybe accomodation was prepared last minute, but a few adjustments would make all the difference for future visitors. There was limited crockery, a small frying pan and two pots provided. No microwaveable/oven dishes or wine glasses. no brush/dustpan/ mop provided for sweeping up crumbs etc. Only one toilet roll between two bathrooms. Instructions for new cooker could have been included in welcome folder. Maybe a map of park showing recycling points too? We found out how to use gas cooker by googling the model. All these were very minor things that didn’t spoil our break. Property was advertised as having a dishwasher, but there was a washing machine instead. Advertised with outside furniture which it didn’t have, which was disappointing. Dishwasher really wasn’t an issue, but it would have been nice to be able to sit outdoors on the decking on a beautiful sunny day when we were there.

Location of the property, accommodation was spotless and well furnished, full sized fridge freezer, and 5 ring gas cooker (perfect for cooking large meals) washing machine, and site was quiet. Two bathrooms were a bonus and showers were excellent. Everything in the accommodation appeared new - I think we may have been the first people to use the oven, given the smell when we tried to heat a pizza.

Had everything we needed, plenty of space for us both and our two dogs. Near to places we wanted to visit. Everything was super neat and tidy. Very presentable. Had a lovely stay

We stayed in one of the new lodge caravans. It was exceptionally well laid out and very clean. Loved the live entertainment and barbecue on the Sunday afternoon. Staff were amazing. Close to the town but far enough away to enjoy a tranquil stay. We loved our short break so much we’re contemplating buying a caravan at the site. Had a minor boiler issue on our arrival but the site maintenance team were there within 15 minutes and got us sorted without any issue.

Couldn’t fault the caravan was spotless. Everything that we needed. The host couldn’t have been more helpful. Let us check in earlier than we should have free of charge which was very generous. We loved our stay. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you

Beds could have been better. There was a cooking smell in the caravan when I arrived. Managed to buy some air freshener and open the windows.

Location was good, very clean holiday park. Food was good.

It wasn't that I didn't like anything. However, I feel my caravan could have been cleaner. The carpets and sofa were a bit grubby.

The estate was calm and quiet. The club was 2 minutes away from our caravan and the food served was lovely great value for money.

Wasn’t informed about the barriers, one of my party never made it up till quite late/early on the sat and I was unaware the barriers came down and at what time. It wasn’t too bad though because we were super close to seaton house where they were able to park.

Nice and modern, well maintained perfect location, I could see seaton estate from the porch doors.

their wasn’t a lot for the children to do, better amenities for the children in the games room for entertainment , would be very handy for a small shop to be on site

Everything! They were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent weekend away. The accommodation was stunning. Very clean, well looked after, comfortable and nice and cosy on arrival. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future.

The shower guard in the bathroom wasn't working properly. Unfortunately no-one came to repair it after we reported it, but the en suite shower was okay to use. Also the restaurant wasn't open while we were there.

The caravan was very comfortable and we especially liked the bath. Everything was clean and at hand.

We were promised an email to met us know where caravan was as we were arriving when reception was unmanned. We did not get an email and the girl in the reception room (we had to speak to her through window) was not overly helpful. Christian (sorry if name wrong) was awesome and took over. He showed us to the caravan so he saved the day for us. There was also a wedding on at the House on Saturday and we were put right next to it. We were not part of the wedding and the noise was horrendous. You could feel the vibrations of the music until it calmed down after 12. Add that to the couple next door who argued for hours and you could hear it all - thankfully Sunday night was quiet! A bit of warning would be useful next time.

The caravan was lovely and the park is beautiful too.

When booking two homes they should be next to each other. we booked two but there was another house in the middle.

The walls aren't especially thick so external noise does leak in. Neighbours are only feet away so you can hear people moving out or coming back late. When it rains it rattles the roof like percussion.

Very cosy and clean and convenient. Compared with solid bricked stays it was great value.
