Couldn’t fault the caravan was spotless. Everything that we needed. The host couldn’t have been more helpful. Let us check in earlier than we should have free of charge which was very generous. We loved our stay. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you

Beds could have been better. There was a cooking smell in the caravan when I arrived. Managed to buy some air freshener and open the windows.

Location was good, very clean holiday park. Food was good.

It wasn't that I didn't like anything. However, I feel my caravan could have been cleaner. The carpets and sofa were a bit grubby.

The estate was calm and quiet. The club was 2 minutes away from our caravan and the food served was lovely great value for money.

Wasn’t informed about the barriers, one of my party never made it up till quite late/early on the sat and I was unaware the barriers came down and at what time. It wasn’t too bad though because we were super close to seaton house where they were able to park.

Nice and modern, well maintained perfect location, I could see seaton estate from the porch doors.

their wasn’t a lot for the children to do, better amenities for the children in the games room for entertainment , would be very handy for a small shop to be on site

Everything! They were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent weekend away. The accommodation was stunning. Very clean, well looked after, comfortable and nice and cosy on arrival. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future.

The shower guard in the bathroom wasn't working properly. Unfortunately no-one came to repair it after we reported it, but the en suite shower was okay to use. Also the restaurant wasn't open while we were there.

The caravan was very comfortable and we especially liked the bath. Everything was clean and at hand.

We were promised an email to met us know where caravan was as we were arriving when reception was unmanned. We did not get an email and the girl in the reception room (we had to speak to her through window) was not overly helpful. Christian (sorry if name wrong) was awesome and took over. He showed us to the caravan so he saved the day for us. There was also a wedding on at the House on Saturday and we were put right next to it. We were not part of the wedding and the noise was horrendous. You could feel the vibrations of the music until it calmed down after 12. Add that to the couple next door who argued for hours and you could hear it all - thankfully Sunday night was quiet! A bit of warning would be useful next time.

The caravan was lovely and the park is beautiful too.

When booking two homes they should be next to each other. we booked two but there was another house in the middle.

The walls aren't especially thick so external noise does leak in. Neighbours are only feet away so you can hear people moving out or coming back late. When it rains it rattles the roof like percussion.

Very cosy and clean and convenient. Compared with solid bricked stays it was great value.

Family of 4 - 9 year old and 1.5 year old and we had the such a lovely weekend from the minute we got to reception we felt at home they are very welcoming and the whole weekend the staff couldn't do more from making sure us adult were enjoying ourself to being so nice to the kids and keeping them occupied. Such lovely staff. Our caravan was perfect clean tidy and spacious! Ensuite toilet and seprate toilet shower room. Also has WiFi wich was amazing with a smart TV! Heating was great kept us very cosy. Clean and tidy outside too, play park outside on grass for kids. Entertainment on certain nights and was great too, and not expensive for drinks. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it was busy over the weekend. Arbroath has plenty to do for kids also through the day.

No negatives at all.

Accommodation was spotless & very comfortable. The bar, restaurant & entertainment was excellent. The staff could not have done anything more to make our stay one of the best weekends we’ve had. Great service, friendly & approachable. Huge “pat on the back” to every staff member who we had the pleasure of dealing with. Management went over & above to ensure our time spent at this site was memorable. Already looking at booking up for next year. Highly recommend!

It said on booking invoice a dishwasher was in caravan. There wasnt one but it wasnt a big issue very very minor

Nice peaceful , staff I spoke with very helpful. Caravan was spotlessly clean and surrounding decking. Estate was well looked after. 5 minutes in car into Arbroath.

There was a leak in the caravan, in the hallway making a part of the carpet wet and generated a damp smell. We were only staying two nights so it was only a mild inconvenience.

The park was well kept and peaceful.tbe staff were friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant at dinner was exceptional..

Could have used some sort of fans, when it got really hot outside you couldn’t stay in the home, you had to go outside.

Large holiday homes that were well equipped. Bar and entertainment looked good. Within east reach of Arbroath and beyond. Everyone was very friendly.
