The location so great, in that it is close to the beach and the “strip”, however the place absolutely reeks of cannabis, local substance misusers sit in the park outside shouting from very early in the morning.

The bed was very comfortable and was able to have a good sleep.

We didnt have a kettle for our morning drinks, we didnt have towels, the lady said she couldn't remember if she had put some in our room, but we had our own anyway so we didnt bother. The tv remote didnt work and tv was stuck on qvc channel

The location was perfect. you get what you pay for. We wanted a bed and a bathroom and we got that.

The shower it wouldn't stay hot it was going cold all the time and my little girl was complaining. that was the only problem

Staff was friendly. the hotel was out of the way where they wasn't too much noise it was pretty quiet and easy to find. wasn't a far walk from the sea it was convenient for all the shops. And it was clean for the price it was perfect for me and my little girl

The room was dirty, broken toilet seat, too cold, No kettle or any drink making facilities. Asked for kettle, toilet roll, and for toilet seat to be fixed, each request was totally ignored. I was contacted by the owner on Saturday, offering a refund, of which he said he would process this on Monday, I'm still waiting. All I keep getting now is fobbed off. I believe if he intended to give us a refund, he would have done it by now.

We had to wait too long for someone to answer the door or telephone. When we got there , there wasn't a room for us. As the last guest didn't hand the keys back. We left for a few hours so they could sort something out. When we went back around 7pm they still didn't have a room for us as we needed one with 3 beds. They said they could refund us the money but it was too late at night to find somewhere. So we took a double room instead. There wasn't a kettle so couldn't have a cuppa in the morning.

They weren't able to give us the room that was meant for us due to last guest not handing the keys back. But they did go all out to find a cot for our daughter to sleep In.

Stayed in room 3 The window was broken would not stay closed the lock on the bathroom was broken the carpet needs hoovering there is no tea spoon asked for a towel on the night I got there said no one is there I said no problem for tonight they said I will drop one off in the morning had to ask again and one was given in the afternoon only to find out the shower did not work the plumbing in there is noisy the extractor fan hanging off the wall and on the last night there was a humming sound I was locked outside with my 2 kids for 10 mins as the main door was locked and not given a key for it it’s 50/50 if I would stay again as daft as it all sounds the room is a good side it just needs putting right the work that’s needed the owner was always available at the end of the phone the kettle had to be boiled on the floor as that’s the plug socket that you can use the kettle safely this is a honest review and I hope good is taken from it

Very basic, the decoration Is unfinished and the rooms had not been hoovered or cleaned. The bedding was clean and fresh though!

The room hadn't been cleaned, the bin was still full, and there was rubbish (empty bottles) behind cupboards, no toilet rolls, or towels and only cold tap worked also, no TV signal. On a plus, there was good Internet And hand wash in the bathroom. Also it was nice and warm. Free parking and a child's play area right next to the hotel.

No hot water for sink and shower didn't work but both was rectified straight away. No wardrobe due to size of room ie bunk beds.Light in bathroom too dim. Have to fill kettle with cups. Deposit per person for towels but we always bring our own.

Took over an hour to get hold of landlords, requested quadruple room only got a double bed and a sette that didn't pull out on picture of room showed double bed and bunk beds. Other rooms order spot on for the price.
