Our second successful visit to this lovely property and the steep outdoor stairs to the second floor wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility issues

Continental breakfast left in room met our needs very well as we wanted to get up early, eat quickly and leave to attend a local event.

the keycode on the door consisting of numbers and letters is not an easy task in the dark after a few beers. It was also IMPOSSIBLE to get a taxi or uber from this location, so we had to rely on our local friends to give us a lift to the airport.

Great room in the heart of Nailsworth. High standard and good overview of the street outside. Lots of complimentary snacks and drinks to choose from. Good beds. Nice bathroom.

Great location in the middle of Nailsworth, adjacent to a good pub, several restaurants and local shops that have all the basics. The room was spotless and the buffet breakfast was pre-packed with fruit, a lovely bun and cereals. Fridge had cold fresh orange juice. Plenty of tea and coffee. Very clear and easy to follow instructions for access and the very close-by free parking. Good Wi-fi.

At very busy periods it could be difficult to find a parking space in the free car park opposite - although we didn’t have a problem. It’s an old building so naturally you get creaking floor boards from the guests above.

The independence the accommodation offers as you can come and go, eat and drink to your own schedule. The room is well equipped and clean.

Very cozy b and b, right in the centre of town. The room and bathroom are decorated nicely, with modern amenities. The hotel also provides a lot of food options for breakfast and coffee/ tea.

A steps up to some rooms would need to be considered for anyone needing assistance, slippy due to the frost but Matthew made it safe by salting them.

Perfect location for our visit to the area, breakfast was just right..plenty of tea and coffee making facilities and we had cosy nights sleep

Warmer duvet would have been appreciated - I used my coat as an extra layer. Fairly precarious staircase to reach room. No plug in basin.

The flooring in the bathroom was a little bendy/spongy and possibly needs looking at for safety. The only other thing was the noise of the boiler and fridge when in use. Access was a little hard (with heavy bags) and no parking but both these points can’t really be overcome due to building and location.

The tea left was amazing and it was handy having a fridge and loved having the bath
