Heating in the room didn’t work. I tried all the settings. When I later asked, they said it was a known problem and a bar heater should have been put in the room but wasn’t. Better if it had been thought of than me having to experiment and deal with it. Probably miscommunication among staff. One lamp also didn’t work. Staff very nice though.

Location was great for Parkrun and Hampton Court. Staff very pleasant and efficient, especially in restaurant. Nice pub. Room was nice and quiet.

No downsides and the slightly less than perfect score, was down to us not sampling the restaurant on the evening. We did preview the menu online, but opted for a restaurant on the river for a special meal. However, when having breakfast the next morning, we read the specials board, which contained some very appetising sounding meals, which we would have liked to have sampled. If in the area again, will stay there, but this time try the evening meals, so we can give a more comprehensive score.

We stayed one night and was perfect for the locations we were visiting over that weekend. As part of that, needed extra help with two key aspects and the team were very helpful and accommodating. Nice hotel, very well situation and bonus of their own car park, behind a barrier. We had an enjoyable breakfast the next morning.

Parking, one of the few venues that has maintained its car park. Room very good and nicely decorated. Gone a little upmarket with tea / coffee facilities, although Nespresso machine was not working or at least I couldnt work it. Shower good but sink not functional and there was no one at reception most of the time we were there so couldnt report it,

The shower door wouldn't stay closed, and was in need of replacing.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Room was comfortable with dedicated phone charger ports all over the place and some fancy coffee and chocolates available alongside tea and hot chocolate.

It was in a great location and the staff was really nice at breakfast you got to Choose off a menu and it was really good would definitely recommend the hotel you also got to park free and it was a secure car park

There is nothing not to like its an amazing place to visit

The hotel was lovely, staff so friendly and car parking fantastic. The food was absolutely out of this world. We had evening meals and breakfast, and it was just incredible

Alcohol is ludicrously expensive! We stayed in August 2023 and the room was pricey but good for getting to the stadium. This time though, the price of the room had doubled, just because it was the six nations. I really hate it when companies take advantage of people just because they can!

Lunch was delicious. We thought the pie would have been bigger but it was very tasty. Breakfast was really delicious and all the staff were helpful and attentive! The restaurant has a really nice vibe to it and the location is perfect for Twickenham. I love the coffee and chocolate pairings in the rooms, very sweet and while we were on the ground floor, it is very quiet. Bed was comfy enough.

It’s was old quaint and attractive. In a great location. My room the Catherine apart suite was divine. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of attention to detail

Beautifully decorated, the room had everything I needed and more, and was very spacious. Everything was really clean and it’s a nice touch to get proper milk in the fridge instead of the little cartons! Breakfast was very good and everyone who worked there was friendly.

The rooms are a bit tired and the bathrooms are definitely in need of updating. However it is joyful to be able to have a bath.

Very comfortable rooms and as we were staying for 3 nights they very kindly moved us to the end of a corridor to a room with a bath. Breakfast is excellent and good value for money. The staff are very helpful and kind.

Fantastic location over the bridge from Kingston shops and restaurants. Very close to Hampton Court Palace and beautiful walks along the tow path. Great breakfast and evening meal. Lovely staff.

If there were gym facilities that would have been appreciated. Although I understand this is a small hotel it could be offered through a local club.

The location is excellent as it is near to the river and far enough from the town, but near enough to walk. There was a nice coffee shop across the road.
